“A gem in northwest Arkansas”

Though this property does not carry a familiar flag, the hospitality experience was as satisfying as I have had in any of those well-known "flags." My suite was a very nicely furnished and comfortable one-bedroom, complete with all cooking and dining necessities, and had a dishwasher, full-size fridge, and real range. I am told that the suites are available on a nightly basis or on a weekly or monthly lease. While there was no breakfast bar, my room had a fruit basket that included pastries, apples, bananas, and microwave popcorn. There is a bar on the ground floor that is very comfortable, well-stocked, and reasonable, and there are numerous eating establishments close-by. It is located two blocks from Wal Mart headquarters, and for vendors, it is very convenient. I recommend South Walton Suites to anyone traveling to northwest Arkansas.

“Excellent Place to stay in Bentonville, both extended and short term!!!”

I absolutely love this place from the personable staff to the posh interior. I have stayed at SWS for both long term and short term stay, I like the long term stays because I get free massages, they have a beauty salon and more importantly a watering hole on the first floor to unwind after a long stressful day. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with you stay! When your there tell the wonderful bartender that her namesake sent ya ;-)

Great hotel! We stayed here because all the Fayetteville hotels were booked up for game day. Great experience. I wish this were a chain.

“Great Place to Stay in Bentonville”

Great Room! Very clean! Front desk was very helpful. This was a very good expericence and great place to stay. It is set up a little strange. Must have been an office building at one time. But it was extremely quite. Our room was as big as a one bedroom condo. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and separate bathroom. Very nice and very clean!! Did not spell like a hotel room.

“Comfortable, convenient”

Wireless internet did not work but they were very responsive in trying to resolve problem, and wired internet worked just fine anyway. Workout room was nice and relatively new. The only odd aspect was that the building clearly wasn't designed to be a hotel. I presume it was designed and built as commercial office space and then converted to an extended stay/suite-type of facility. The room was very spacious, but the bed and dresser still didn't fit within the space allotted to it. The drawers of the dresser could not be opened readily, and the closet door could not be opened completely, without hitting the bed. The carpeting and flooring was strictly commercial office grade, even though fairly new. Kitchen area was adequate and functional, so with the exception of the dresser I believe it would function well for extended-stay needs for a single business traveler.

“Football weekend”

Too far from Fayetteville, but very nice hotel. Dacor and layout great. Survived a 5.6 earthquake while we there. Would stay there again.
