“Cheap and clean”
The hotel room was clean but minimal. If you want cheap accomodations that are "okay" but certainly not great, this will work for you.
“Satisfied”
When we arrived, there was no light in the bathroom and a light was out in the main room also. They came immediately to fix the lights but I am a little queasy wondering how long the bathroom light had been out.
“Super 8 Fayetteville, AR (Close to University of Arkansas)”
In on business. Place was as good as expected for the price. Not the cleanest room I've ever been in, but not sickening either. Overall, I'd recommend it if you aren't looking for luxury.
“Ok for one night”
Hotel lobby smelled of cigarette smoke when I walked in. Staff was pleasant but did not code my key for two nights and I had to go to lobby again the second night to get entry to my room. Room was clean but bed box spring did not have a cover. It was old and had water stains.. That made me feel like the room wasn't clean. Room provided only one full size bath towel and asked that you reuse your towels during the stay.
“Disaster in Fayetteville”
Expedia published the room to have 2 king beds. Only 1 king bed rooms were in the hotel. The room and whole floor was supposed to be non-smoking. The entire floor smelled like inside a bar and you had to wave your hands to find the front door due to all the smoke. We had headaches by morning. There was a cigarette butt inside the window frame. The rooms were VERY small.
“Not Going Back”
I knew this was not a four star hotel, but I'll tell anyone to choose another place to stay. The room was not stocked, and very noisy. Maybe I was just unlucky and there was a weightlifting contest going on in the hall. The door chain in my room had been ripped off the wall and was just hanging from the door.
“RUDE DESK WORKER”
The guy working the desk the night we checked in was rude and not very helpful. My wife asked for an iron and he never got out of his seat...reached over looked in a couple of cabinets and said NO don't have one. Finally the next morning another gentleman much nicer went to every floor until he found us an iron.
“Never again”
The minute I walked in the lobby, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We were on the third floor with no elevator. Luckily, the room did not smell like cigarette smoke, but there were large cigarette burns on the bedspreads and blankets on both beds. The shower had a big hole punched in the wall, and the only way to turn off the lamp by the bed was to unplug it or unscrew the light bulb. It did seem clean but I was very disappointed in the condition of this hotel and would never stay there again.
