“Worth the Short Drive”

This hotel is just north of Fayetteville, a little north of the mall... farther than I usually stay when going to UArk.. In Johnson technically, but I booked here on an especially busy weekend in Fayetteville. It was SO nice and new and clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast. I didn't mind the drive at all. I would book there again for sure.

The TownePlace Suites was a great experience! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping to service was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and relaxing cafe bistro eating area were wonderful. Bravo! to the Marriott for building and maintaining such a wonderfully appointed hotel. Bravo! to a great staff and management!

“Nice location: Convenient to Fayetteville”

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The location is very convenient, the area has shopping, dining and outdoor activities within several miles. The room was very clean, had many amenities, and the breakfast in the morning was done with great pride and was very good. You do not normally get such a nice breakfast when staying at off the highway places. And a big treat was the restaurant across the highway, James at The Mill. We were blown away by the food, service, and presentation. We overheard a lady on the way out telling the management that she was from New York and dines out frequently, and she said this restaurant was better than most of those that she frequents back there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 2 nights. I got a quiet room on the second floor, on the east side, away from I-540, very clean, with new and great modern furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, great king mattress, soft sheets, clean towels (not very absorbent), big space around the bed, sofa and the desk, working heater. Fully-satisfying breakfast: waffles, bagels, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, milk, yogurt, and enough space to eat, down at the breakfast area. I'll definitely go back to this hotel.
