“Exceeded my expectations”

Kind and courteous staff. Upon check in the clerk noticed that I was travelling with my teen aged son and we had booked a room with a single king size bed. That was the only room type available on expedia at the time. So she changed our room type to have two double beds which resulted in a slightly larger room, and she didn't charge me anything to make the change and she did it immediately. That was really nice and very appreciated. The complimentary dinner that evening of homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans was tasty and filling, most welcome after driving many hours :) The complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning was well stocked with coffee, waffles, bacon, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs and different types of fresh fruit. Again, very tasty and filling and very appreciated. The room was quiet, very comfortable and we both had plenty of hot water for our showers the next morning. Definitely booking with them exclusively over the next 5 months as we travel monthly to get my son ready for school at the Univ of Arkansas! Really great!

“Pleasant Experience”

I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the hotel staff was. They made sure I had everything I needed while away on business. The room was very clean and tidy. The morning breakfast was nice, not bad at all.

A little hard to find. There are two 48th streets in the area, within 2 exits. Best to call the hotel ahead to ask for directions as most GPS systems will direct you to the other 48th street. Or, enter the Ole Mill Inn (across the road) to be certain. Great room. Great hotel. Off the beaten path. Staff was helpful, courteous, attentitive, and available. Would recommend to anyone & would stay there again.

“Worth the Short Drive”

This hotel is just north of Fayetteville, a little north of the mall... farther than I usually stay when going to UArk.. In Johnson technically, but I booked here on an especially busy weekend in Fayetteville. It was SO nice and new and clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast. I didn't mind the drive at all. I would book there again for sure.

The hotel was very easy to find and easy to get to other parts of the city. It was very clean and we loved all the amenities - dishwasher, fridge, etc.

The TownePlace Suites was a great experience! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping to service was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and relaxing cafe bistro eating area were wonderful. Bravo! to the Marriott for building and maintaining such a wonderfully appointed hotel. Bravo! to a great staff and management!
