The hotel is close to airport and a little out of town, so we had to drive to find a restaurant for dinner. But it was clean, quiet, rooms good size, we enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast was good.

New and clean but absolutely nothing in area that’s walking distance. Hotel does have shuttle that will take you into town for cheaper than Uber

Needed a place to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was perfect and they had breakfast items early and fresh coffee. Made my day! Front desk was friendly and check in was fast.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The main water line for the city of Bentonville collapsed last night. Water service was restored to the hotel within an hour.

They have bed bugs and still charged us for our 5 rooms. The 5 rooms were supposed to all be $115 through Expedia however once we checked it only 3 rooms were $115 another one I was charged $125 and the another one was $140. All 5 rooms were the exact same room on the same floor. Whenever we found the bed bugs the hotel maintenance men and housekeeper said yep that’s bed bugs for sure and said they would notify the manager. The manager said that’s weird that’s never happened here before. We should have received a refund. I did not have the time to argue with him as my family and I were on the way to a funeral. We will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again anywhere. Not only are we out of over $500 on the rooms but at least $1000 or more in all of our belongings that we had to throw away.

I would like to clarify. Regarding the room rates, you booked these rooms through Expedia and the rate per room is based on what you agreed to with Expedia at the time of your booking. The hotel has no control over the rates guests pay when booking through a third party. Secondly, you reported finding a single insect on the bed. When maintenance arrived to confirm, the guests were sitting on the bed with the insect on the bed. There were not several bugs as you've indicated. You also stated that if there was a bug in one room then there were bugs in the other rooms as well. The manager also informed you that she would not make any decision on refunds until a certified pest control agent came and inspected the rooms. After inspection, the pest control agent reported that he did not find any insects, nor, did he find any evidence that there were bed bugs in any of the rooms.

No one ever indicated that not only was it isolated but they offer NO ASSISTANCE with shuttle services or anything else. There is no restaurant service within or even nearby. Cab services cost as much as a car rental

Thank you for staying with us. Our shuttle service is for drop off and pick up to the airport. We do not travel to surrounding communities to pick up guests and bring them to the hotel which is why you needed cab services. While we are isolated with our location, there are several food delivery options available to hotel guests.

The hotel was very nice and quiet and clean. There was a Dollar General nearby and it was near the airport. To dine you had to drive at least 15 - 20 minutes back into town, but other than that, it was a very nice place. We would stay there again!

The bathtub in my room looked like someone attempted to PAINT it white and then realize, it was a bad idea. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. The “housekeeper” had the nerve to leave a note: “Enjoy your stay.” Uneven flooring made me feel drunk. Note a good stay. Transportation didn’t pick me up as promised from the airport.

The reason they didn’t get all 5 stars is because the rooms fridge was left unplugged. There was water in the floor that we had to mop up. We got excellent customer service when I went down to ask for a toothbrush and paste since our airline didn’t have our luggage. She apologized for the wet floor. The other issue was when we headed to breakfast I almost stepped into the broken elevator. If I hadn’t looked down, I would have fallen into the elevator about 1.5 foot down. The door was wide open. No visible signs it was broken. My husband a chair in front of it and we told the front desk person. When we went back to the room they had put red tape across the elevator door.

This is a hotel near the XNA (Fayetteville) airport. My flight got in at midnight. A staffer was there to check me in at about 12:30. It is neat and clean, easy parking, and they serve a buffet breakfast from 5 am to 9 am. They have coffee and tea in the room Very comfortable.

Mediocre.
The people were friendly. But the room was weird - and it was even an upgrade. But it was just barely ok and didn’t even come close to wowing me. I requested a 4AM shuttle to the airport twice (once online and once on the phone) and said that was fine but when I arrived and checked in they said they were booked? Also there was no coffee pot to even brew coffee which we desperately needed at 4am. Other than that it was just ok.

This is the only hotel located close to XNA airport. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. They also offer to let you keep your car on their lot and shuttle you to and from airport . Which was convenient in the snowy weather not to have to drive. The shuttle attendees were not talkative or as friendly as the desk and other employees on premises but did their job effectively.

Lack of concern that I was injured while at the hotel due to faulty items in the room. Pillows were TINY and not standard size. Items available for breakfast were subpar unless you like to only eat bread/heavy carbs, there was no fruit or other healthier options available. The Internet went out for several hours, which wouldn't have been an issue except that I was in the middle of a very important virtual business call. I have stayed at some lesser quality (1 and 2 star hotels) that were nicer than this one.
