The hotel has rooms at different street levels and mine directly faced a street and the window wasn’t secured. I think the neighborhood is safe but I didn’t feel totally safe in my room’s location. The room was hot but I didn’t go to sleep with the window open.

The location is a bit far from public transportation i.e. tram and bus. The area is quiet.

My stay at the hotel was great! Located in the center of Bergen you can walk everywhere from the hotel. The rooms are very cosy with great views of the city or the mountains.

Business trip Bergen The hotel and the staff were very professional. The gym was great. The only issue was the electronic heck in system did not work well.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. But the gray industrial stripped-down decor was not cozy or welcoming. Grateful for a comfortable bed in a convenient area.

I ended up getting sick during our visit and the staff were incredibly caring and helpful! The location was convenient and close to eating, the pier and shopping. The front desk staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The breakfast selection was incredible, something for everyone! The hotel was a bit outdated and rooms were small. Overall a good stay.

The property is nice and clean, the area is near to the tourist attraction. The breakfast is also nice but the hot menu could have been change atleast every 2 days for those who stayed longer.

The property was located in a perfect area for walking around Bergen, to the train station, to funicular, fish market. The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was nice

Great place for a night stay before we went on our cruise. The hotel was clean very well maintained and the included breakfast was great. It was an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Taxis were easy and quick.

The Comfort Inn Hotel is conveniently located by several restaurants, shops and the Bergen Pier! The bus route is about 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel appears very modern. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I was ill one of the nights and the staff went over and beyond to help me be comfortable and aide in a quick recovery. The breakfast has a large selection and options that will suit all. There is a small bar in the main entrance. Umbrellas for rent (~$3) as it does rain a lot. The rooms are a small but still very nice. I would stay here again- no complaints, highly recommended ☺️☺️

Highly recommend!
Loved this hotel! Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. No AC, but hotel is in a quiet area of town and keeping the window open all night was not an issue, so able to sleep comfortably. Great breakfast offered in the mornings. And, staff was great to help us book a taxi. Would stay again!

This is a great hotel, the location was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. My room was modern and designed very well. However, the room was only cleaned on the forth day.

I was reluctant to book Comfort Hotel because I had a generic North American comfort hotel franchise in my head... this hotel isn't like that. It's actually pretty great - reminded me of a cool Moxy when they were just starting. laid back, slightly industrial, comfortable, green, relaxed, good breakfast, luggage storage, well-situated.

The hotel was a short walk to the fjord cruise lines and restaurants nearby. It is slightly off the main roads so it is quite. The breakfast was excellent. The town is picturesque with lots of places to walk to.
