“wonderful break”

really enjoyed our stay.only stayed one night but would loved to stay more.fantastic room ,very modern,fantastic shower room.didnt eat here as had already decided to eat out.lovely touch free tea and coffee available in bars.breakfast really good although as read trying to get a cup of tea at breakfast took a while apart from that fantastic,would go back.

“Good value for money”

Room very nice, although a little small and we asked for a twin, but we got a king!!! Good choice at breakfast. All very clean. Bad points - hotel is so far spread out it takes a while to walk from one place to another. Make sure you check in at reception first, then drive your car round to your room, especially if you have lots of luggage!! Also when we came back to hotel after a night out our key wouldn't work to let us into the hotel, or our room, which was really annoying. we were told it had been put next to a credit card and that had wiped all the info off it, although this wasn't the case!! However, for the price we paid, including breakfast, it was good value for money.

“NIce Hotel”

The only problem I had was to get the room key to work on the entry doors to the hallway from outside the hotel. Also get precise location to where to park your car (closest to your room) as otherwise you could be walking a long distance though a maze of hallways to get to your room.

“Breakfast at Beaumont”

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially those in the dining room at breakfast time and what a superb breakfast buffet it was too. Obviously, the 400 yard hike through the corridors to our rooms was a bit inconvenient but I suppose it is inescapable with a hotel of this size. The only criticism I would have is that the service in the bar was very slow when we returned at 11.30pm on the Friday night and, since this seemed to be a popular time with nearly a hundred guests there, it would be a good idea to have an extra bartender available to help out when business peaks.

“With the beautiful surroundings, we had a lovely time!”

The hotel offers plenty to explore within the landscape grounds plus the fitness centre was a bonus. If we did not get such a great offer from Expedia we would not expect a 4 star hotel to have mold and mildrew in the bathroom, due to poor ventilation. This was the only factor that disappointed us. Nevertheless, we would still recommend the Beaumont to anyone heading towards Windsor area.

“No room service or air con. Nice pool!”

Lovely grounds and nice setting. Confusing layout and long walks to amenities within complex. Some staff struggling to understand requests and when we stayed, the residents bar was shoved into a side room as they were over booked with a noisy wedding and birthday party. Room was very hot with no air conditioning and absolutely no room service nor mini bar. West end prices on drinks! Not impressed at all with customer service. Pool was lovely and breakfast first rate.

“Cramped”

The overall looks and the grounds of the hotel are nice and there is a lot of land all around. The rooms on the other hand are small and cramped. I had to pay to switch rooms because the first room I had was the size of my bathroom. The rooms are not really up to date but it has just enough to get by.

“Pretty outdated.”

Great location (though a bit tough to find initially). Nice to have breakfast included. The rooms were very outdated and in bad need of a renovation. Good family location.

“Rooms are no different to a Travelodge”

Basic rooms with old fashion 14" box tv's, run down and dated bathroom and small beds not big enough for two, rooms were no different to a Travelodge apart from your paying 2-3 times as much. We decided to upgrade to a superior room, which was bigger and had more amenities. These rooms were more in line with the hotels '4 star' rating, although the sound proofing was terrible and you can hear people returning to their rooms at 2am. Be prepared for the long walks to the room through narrow corridors and dingy lifts. Only stayed here because we were attending a friends wedding at the hotel, otherwise I wouldn't consider this place and would rather drive the extra 15mins to a Heathrow hotel.
