“Great Staff”

Many thanks to both Best Western & Expedia, made mistake in booking and both Hotel and site were more than accomadating. Staff of Expedia and BW a big thanks for your profesional dealings. Will use both again.

“Good value for the money”

Positives - Attractive, fairly well-maintained, nicely landscaped. Negatives - Staff was rather blasé in their attitude, the elevator was out of service, the heat did not work in the room.

“A hotel room to attend a conference = fine.”

Fine mid range hotel, clean room. Moderately communicative staff. WiFi was not really functioning on my first attempts, but I didn't try too hard to get it to work. Only used the room to sleep in, as was at a conference all day. Breakfast was fine, but not startling. Fresh fruit absent, bacon and sausages good. Most amusing aspect of the hotel room was the shampoo dispener - attached to wall _outside_ the shower cubicle, and the shower door folded back onto it - thus one had to exit the shower, close the door, squeeze shampoo onto hand, re-enter shower cabinet (taking care not to rinse shampoo off hand in water stream of shower), close door. Repeat process if necessary, but now with wet soapy feet and a slippy floor.. well I thought it was amusing - but I'm sure some other customers would find it really annoying..

“Well-run Basic Hotel with *great* Staff”

Pretty good experience for a basic hotel. The staff (literally!!) went the extra mile to get me to my meeting on time. Respect!

“hotel experience”

Room size disappointing and shower room very tiny with shower that did not work properly and toilet in a resticted location. Restaurant food and service excellent although some choices on the menu not available.

The room was nothing like the pictures on the web site, a very basic room for the money. the staff were miserable. the bed OMG! this was easily the worst bed i have EVER slept in, me and my girlfriend were in agony with ours backs in the morning. i really don't know how they got a 4star rating, obviously the hotel inspector did not sleep in the bed i slept in. will defiantly not be going back, cant believe i wasted the money on this hotel, wish i went to a premier in now.
