Hotel in the middle of WindsorPosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: It has an excellent location, and is quite comfortable.
Cons: It was expensive, the windows were dirty, basin in the bathroom was very slow draining + needed unblocking, extractor fan not working, tiles dirty
Location: Excellent location but car parking was expensive and a distance from hotel.
My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed very much staying in Windsor, visiting the castle and shopping. We took a boat trip up the river, and walked over to Eton college.

Perfect Hotel in Windsor - great location!Posted Jul 30, 2014
We stayed here this past weekend and I could not have been happier. Hotel was literally across the street from Windsor castle and steps to two great shopping arcades, and the Thames river. We had room 218 which was perfect, comfy bed and balcony in high street overlooking the castle (like we were neighbors. Very clean, friendly staff, nice bar downstairs. Would highly recommend!

Convenient locationPosted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location was great as we did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere, Bar area was enjoyable and the front desk staff was exceptionally nice. Large bathroom. It was quite hot and stuffy even with the windows open and fan running. Would stay there again due to the convenient location.

All about locationPosted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The best things about this hotel: the location, the bar area, the staff, the shower. The room (single) was very small, a bit run down, noisy and hot, hot, hot. The fan didn't work, but I also didn't call down the the front desk for a new one. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The real great part is the location.

Location okay, room okay, access to the room from the lift was some distace, up and down small sets of stairs. I my case I have difficulty walking. I should have informed the hotel when booking. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location can not get any better! Right across from the castle and a very short walk to the train. Nearby to many great pubs and restaurants. The room was a bit small, however that is the case with all hotels in England. Great place to stay for business or pleasure!
