“Good place to stay”

Could not fault hotel, was a lovely place to stay.

Bathroom needed little attention. Traffic noise due to needing window open. Everything else very good.

I was impressed with the politeness and friendliness of all the staff, from hotel check in to maid service.

It is a nice hotel. Room itself is rather spaceful, clean. However, it is a poor sign post from M4 junction. I failed to access to miss the sign.

Good location to break our journey South overnight. One little niggle was that Breakfast was not included and had to be paid for as an extra.

It's a good hotel - very remote (must have car), and they charge a premium for on premises dining accordingly. I am so tired of hotels charging ridiculous charges for wireless Internet service (room and lobby) - and that is the practice at this hotel also. Too bad. The saving grace of this hotel is that the staff was really good (housekeeping, front desk).

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although the room itself was not up to 4* standard i.e mould in the bathroom, stains on the carpets etc. I was suprised at this, as it is a Hilton Hotel. The drink prices at the bar were to expensive, no need for this. I feel they charged 4* prices but we were not offered a 4* service.
