Nice hotel.Posted Feb 24, 2015
Stayed here for a couple of nights to be close to family. A great location if you have a car. It is not in the centre of Reading- however that also is great if you have a car. Parking free for the entire stay and quiet. We didn't eat here, but did have drinks at the bar. Bar was as any usual hotel prices- little on the expensive side for a tea at £3.30. Nevertheless an enjoyable trip and stay. The staff was lovely.

Great hotel for attending courses & conferences.Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Very clean and welcoming room. Great provisions of sockets too. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Temperature control in room was disabled. Prominent bed springs felt somewhat uncomfortable at times. Expensive room service.
Location: Dull location between a motorway & a housing estate. Irrelevant however, as I wasn't staying for the location, but to attend a course at hotel.
Had an enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return again in the future.

weekend awayPosted Jan 25, 2015
Cons: Bed springs very audible.
We stayed for one Saturday night for family party. On Sunday, no towels available for the pool and parent and toddler swimming club using pool, so not very appealing anyway. My brother stayed at the Novotel in town and said it was great, so wished we'd gone there.

Lovely hotelPosted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, spa and pool, breakfast and room.
Cons: Free WiFi in your room and better communication between staff at the front desk
Location: Near to town centre
Nice hotel, problem with bed, really springy in room 135 but we were moved to room 123 and everything was fine. Breakfast was really nice. Lovely omelettes. Swimming pool is nice but sauna is not very hot. Steam room is ok though. WiFi is not free in your room (its expensive) but free downstairs in the lobby. Overall a great hotel and I would stay again.

Spent 2 days over the New Year with my teenage son in a deluxe room with free WiFi. Room 318 facing the road and very quiet.

Great HotelPosted Dec 28, 2014
Cons: Bed comfort.
The Hilton was great, but Reading itself is horrible.
