Good overall but most disappointing no tea/coffee making facilities or mini bar in room considering very expensive for single person in double room. Food excellent although noisy mini kitchens on first floor when preparing early breakfasts.

Stayed in the room called Jay and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room and quality of fittings and cleanliness was. It was a warm night and was thankful for the air conditioning.
Nice breakfast and they were very flexible with the hot food they were prepared to provide to suite the customers requests.
If I am ever in that area again I will certainly be looking to stay at the Bird in the Hand County Inn.
I can't imagine anyone staying there being disappointed.

I stayed at the Royal Berkshire while settling my daughter in boarding school. The staff was very attentive to helping me with transport and where to find things. I felt at 'home' in the evenings enjoying the offerings of dining opportunities. A very comfortable setting.

I flew in from the west coast of the US and needed a place to stay the night prior to setting out. Airport hotels are... airport hotels. The Olde Bell showed up as within 30 minutes from Heathrow, right on the Thames. The drive was simple, the hotel immaculate. All the touches of a fine old hotel. I will be bringing the family back next time!
