Cons: get rid of the hot tub
Although we were told that the room was a Spacious Double Executive with one double bed , one single and Z bed, it was a double bed, pump up air bed and a Z bed. The two temporary beds filled up most of the floor space so was not spacious and the air bed creaked all night when the person in it moved. We asked for a quiet room but was put next to the room with an outdoor hot tub being used by wedding guests, obviously they are not going to be quiet, and were singing and laughing until 11.30pm. Then we had their kids using the corridors as a playground until well past midnight, at which point I had to get up and ask Reception to put a stop to it. Nice hotel and pleasant staff but do not stay here expecting a good nights sleep if there is a function on. Also I did complain again in the morning about all of this and was told the manager would be in contact , but 10 days later still no word.

Very pleasant stayPosted Apr 3, 2011
Really nice hotel and the bar/restaurant was in a lovely setting next to the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall a great experience, would definitely stay there again
