quite a pleasant stayPosted Nov 21, 2013
Pros: very neat and staff are very polite. can't ask for more.
Cons: pillow. please provide better quality pillows - usually one soft and one medium hardness will keep most customers happy.
possibly the most convenient location to the reading station. Staff are very very polite and helpful. Single beds are more like 1.5x single beds so more than enough room, even for my partner who is heavy. there's some minor wear and tear where the bathroom is and curtains are stained but it's ok. very strange there's both bath and shower cubicles but very nice. the toilet however is separated to where the bathroom is - so it's very strange given there is room for a bath as well as shower but can't fit the toilet together. haven't tired their food/ wifi/ gym etc but in general the hotel is clean, comfy enough, could have provided better pillows though. A lot more expensive than other hotels but given the location and i don't like walking the price is still acceptable. I am very happy overall except to bring my own pillow next time.

brilliant hotelPosted Nov 1, 2013
the hotel is great n nice for a relaxing break, nice bath room and perfect location next to the station, I will definitely go there again. however the overnight parking is £14 per night and we couldn't figure out how to get the steam away in the bath room n got the room steamy for a while

NightmarePosted Sep 9, 2013
Location: It's very close to metro station and easy enough to get on to the ring road
Recently spent four nights at this hotel. Worst hotel ever, no so call air cooling, wi-fi almost non-exist, very noisy, ignored NOT TO DISTURB signage, bad service overall(e.g . we have to collected toilet paper from main reception), car parking very expensive, grumpy staff

disappointedPosted Sep 1, 2013
Staffing - Recpetion made me location rewards number to then reject it - Charging for a water bottle of £5 where no mini bar bill was avaliable - No assistance with wifi issues - Forgot my tea 2 out of 3 mornings - No assistance with luggage - Barman was good - No clarity of why the room was sooo HOT!!! uncomofrtable stay

comfortable and very centralPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Arriving late from a long overseas flight plus bus ride the hotel was a great place to relax. The staff were very pleasant and efficient and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to others. The bus and train station was a couple of minutes away.

Good hotel but terrible parkingPosted Aug 21, 2013
This is overall a nice hotel. However, we were required to park in a public garage which was shady at best.
