“Good value for money”

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find near Reading town centre so I was prepared for it to be a bit of a dump! However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room, though small and a bit dated, had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable and the en suite was new. The only downside was that it was at the front of the building on a main road - so quite noisy. Breakfast was not included but was reasonably priced and you pay according to what you have (so if you just want cereal you don't pay the price of a full english!)

this small hotel was a good basic standard for a short break.good value breakfast.gent at reception desk didn't have a sense of humour and was very dry
