“Great Experience”

A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff, 24 hour bar, my only complaint is having no free wifi in the rooms!

“No sleep”

Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait.The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. No clue why she needed to tell us this... We waited 10 mins and when we checked in the receptionist then advised us to let her know if she had left anything out when getting our room ready... It seems she gets rooms ready, serves in the bar and much more. Needless to say we didn't eat or drink here. The hotel is on a very busy road. Do not expect any sleep. No air con so the only option is to open the window.

“terrible 2 nights with no sleep”

arrived ti discover overbooked and wanted 2 of us to share. they then refused to pay for my collegue to move to another hotel. Room was oppresively hot with window which only opens a few inches at the bottom (if it was at top at least some hot air good rise and escape) Room at front so got lots of sun and very noisy, even when window closed but so loud when open you could not hear the TV. O second day I left at 8am returned at 6pm to find room as I keft it, not made up and no clean towels. went out at 7pm and asked staff to at least put clean towels in room but returned at 10pm and had to then go down to reception and ask for clean towels and take them myself. Hotel is understaffed and degenerating badly also unusable in hot weather.
