“Clean and Comfortable”

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in Dec and found it to be basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly and the location was perfect in the centre of the city. Would definately stay there again if we returned for another visit.

“Waiting for a better time of the year to return. The hotel is very well located.”

The best feature is the location of the hotel, quiet and at a walking distance to main street (Kurfurstendamm) and underground, Wittenbergplatz station. Large department store KEWEDE, similar to Harrods is by the underground station. There is easy access to top floor of KEWEDE with best restaurant and deli, perfect for lunch. The hotel is good for the price and the room was clean,large and comfortable.

“Good value & central”

Booked a triple room for the Berlin marathon. It was very central, excellent value and the room was huge. Friends booked a double which was quite small and had a shower but no bath.

“a gracious and well kept place”

I would recomment this moderately priced hotel without reservation. It is a block from the Wittenberplatz U station, which is right across from one of the best department stores in Europe. The staff was always helpful, the room was clean and had high ceilings and was by-and-large quiet, except for a brief time very late Friday evening, when some German youths made a significant racket. Ah, youth...

“Mid size hotel with style”

Why it's called Air in Berlin Hotel, remains a mystery to me. However I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. It is located in an ideal corner of Berlin for tourism and business, a quiet street with bustle on all sides. It is well connected to all forms of transportation. The rooms are simple Scandanavian but comfortable. Breakfast is extra but a very good buffet. Wireless is perhaps the one fault. They offer T-Comm for which you can sign up. The prices are silly but I suppose that doesn't matter if you have a business account. Still offering wireless to your guests for free is a service that would make the hotel standout.

“Not bad.”

200yds from Wittenbergplatz tube (ubahn) station. Rooms were a bit bland but reception staff polite. Bit annoyin to have to keep handing the key in every time you wander out, but other than that not a bad little hotel.
