“Best of both worlds”
Stayed in ground floor appartment for 4 days and thoroughly recommend it for both location and comfort.The area is nice and felt very safe even late at night and there are plenty of lively bars and restaurants nearby . The U-line is 2 minutes walk and and the S-Line just 5 minutes away so it's easy to get into the centre for all sight-seeing. The appartment is clean, modern and well-equipped and the little garden patio is lovely. This is a great way to see a bit of the real Berlin.

A lovely apartment with tasteful, minimal yet comfortable decor, well finished and very clean. Plenty of space for a couple, would be cosy but not completely cramped for four. Quiet courtyard location with balcony, felt very secure. Overall good value for money, definitely recommended.
