Staff are very friendly and helpful , Hotel is in a nice location. The room was a bit tired, floor covering and fittings are pretty worn. Room service not great - room really needed a deep clean & dust removal.

Deteriorating hotel
This hotel is deteriorating fast. Upon check in we were told that the hotel doesn’t always have hot water for showers! The hotel corridors have a damp musty smell and our room ceiling leaked on the last night. Staff are uninterested and sometimes worse. Stay somewhere else.

Our stay was just ok. Staff were very friendly, good gym facilities and hotel is conveniently located (e.g., within walking distance to public transport routes). However, there was no hot water for showers (staff informed us of this upon arrival). There was a musty smell throughout the hotel, inconsistent cleaning of room, and very thin walls.

Staff friendly and helpful but slow, key card stopped working a day early, room missing curtains that were never fixed during our 3 night visit. Very tired and unkept rooms, looking like they needed a paint job. Hot water stopped at 8pm each night. Toilet gives little privacy due to no door, but the design of the room is very attractive.

Crappy suite.
I don’t understand how can they be operating as a business, when the room that I stayed was dirty with stains and the bathroom had missing tile floor parts and it was supposed to be a junior suite. I did complained to the front desk but they would only listened and didn’t do anything. Room temperature was very cold and the 3 nights that I stayed the room was never cleaned. Since it was a non refundable rate I wasn’t going loose the money, otherwise I would had left the same day I arrived, this hotel requires to be remodeled and updated asap.

Hotel has seen better days, I stayed here in 2015 and was very disappointed with the hotel in this visit-2023. Parts of the room and common areas were broken. Jaquzzi is Luke warm not hot and no bubbles. Both the sauna and jaquzzi were out of action on two days. I asked for a robe to go up to the roof top on three separate occasions but nothing materialised. Key card was dissfunctional and I had to go to reception three times to get it sorted. Once in a towel and trunks only (as no robe) with the front door opening and stood in a queue. The room and common areas had a musty odour. The hotel is well situated for gay night life, but there was loud music at night coming from other hotel rooms.

This was my first time staying at this type of hotel. The staff were great and friendly. The food...eh. You can get much better at a local cafe. Overall my trip was pleasant but there were a couple things i had problems with. The curtains had large stains, and my duvet was dirty (they replaced the duvet quickly for me). When i first got there, the wet sauna was broken. Then the hot tub. It was disappointing and it had been broken more than a week. Overall I had a pleasant visit however, as the staff were very friendly and pleasant

This is our second time staying here. Our first stay was several years ago. This time it was very clear that the hotel is in need of a remodel. Our room was a suite on the end. The hotel is no smoking but as soon as we walked into the room it was clear that it had been smoked in heavily. There were cigarette burns on the couch and marks and stains on the carpet and hardwood floors. We let the front desk staff know and they seemed shocked, but this condition was obviously not new. We had a good time, but the condition was not what we expected at all.

Great stay but a bit tired
Friendly staff, great location stayed many times before. However the general state of the communal areas and rooms has deteriorated and it could do with a refresh. We had a number of small issues with the room. Shower door wouldn’t close and shower seals leaking. The hot tub in our room didn’t work nor did the one in the Spa. All faults reported to the staff who where apologetic but couldn’t really do anything about them. I would stay again but it would be nice to see the place refreshed throughout and repaired if the offer is advertised and charged as premium.

The location was great. The hallways were too dark, I almost ran into the mirrors. I paid for a superior room and received a regular room and when I said something they assured me it was a superior until all my friends had the same room. The breakfast was decent but my biggest issue was the first night two guys walked in my room when i was sleeping once i started screaming they ran out. I think it was an honest mistake however it should have never happened. The room had an odor that wouldn’t leave and the biggest disappointment was no english speaking channels on the television. The Spa and Sauna made up for the short falls. The steamroom smelled also. I rated it a 4 because the location and the spa

It’s a gay hotel near the gay neighborhood. That is about all that it has going for it. The rooms are dark and smell like cigarette smoke. The beds are hard and you can feel the springs. The baseboards are broken in places. One window did not have any way to block out the morning Sun, so no sleeping in. Location excellent though.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Very disappointed with my stay. Receptionist checking me in could not find booking, very rude and abrupt. took over 30 minutes to locate booking even though I provide booking confirmation no. Generally the hotel durty and smelly. Room tine, noisy aircon, window did not shut properly so lots of road noise. Sauna and steam room not working.For the price paid offered very poor value for money. Overall the hotel needs cleaning, reception staff need to know the basics of cutomer service.

You can get a much better standard of accommodation in this area for less. Check in was chaotic and uncoordinated. On lift had no button to select floor three, which is inconvenient if you were staying on that floor (I was). Hotel overall looked, dark and dingy. Very tired and did not deliver the reality of the pictures and description on the booking site. I am also that I am convinced that I did not get a City Room, as booked an paid for. It did not match up to the room preview/description.

Good afternoon,First of all I apologize on behalf of the hotel if we were not able to meet your expectations. In these past weeks we have been undergoing a management change and unfortunately it has made all of our daily processes a bit slower; hence the check in. Regarding the elevator; although it is true that the left one had a non-operational button for the third floor, the right one is fully operational. We understand how inconvenient this is, surely; however, a piece has to be delivered to us before we can repair it and unfortunately it ahs not been the case. Regarding the last topic mentioned; I just personally checked your reservation and saw that you were booked in room 315, which is indeed a City Room. We are aware of certain things we are currently improving and renewing; nevertheless, the room you had been given is not only the correct one, but rather completely matches internet description. In any case, once again, we are sorry that this has been your experience with us and we hope that you give us another chance in the future to see everything we have been able to change and improve.
