“Not Impressed!”

It was very dificult attempting to contact owners/ or maintenance people for service. Telephone service was poor, unable to make calls; television not cable ready and had only a few German language channels; the shower/bathroom would flood with water after showers as there were no shower curtains or shower enclosure. Room was full of dust balls under and around the bed. People in apartment complex/ (neighbors always smoking) second hand smoke filtering into your space! YUCK! Neighbors not friendly and non-English speaking. Outside area was fairly safe and convenient to metro train and shopping.(If you speak their language)Overall I was not a happy camper there and would never attempt another internet reservation in this one apartment complex.
