Air conditioning, please!Posted Aug 17, 2010 on Hotels.com
Berlin's not warm enough to require central air, but it would have been great to have during my stay. Still, all it took was one call to the front desk to get a fan for my room, and I was all set. The only other suggestion I'd have for improvement is to include proper soap and shampoo instead of that hybrid soap/shampoo gel that's mounted to the wall in the shower. That stuff is pretty useless!

Best Western Schloss Koepenick-adequatePosted Jul 31, 2010 on Hotels.com
This hotel was under remodeling so the sauna and other amenites were not availabe. The night desk individual was very helpful; the girl during the day struggled with her English. Very clean and functional.

This hotel definetely it's not 4 stars, i stayed in other 3 stars in Berlin is much better than this hotel. Even tho this hotel is best western, but it's the most run down best western i have ever see, carpet and furnitures are very very old with stain.

ConveniencePosted Sep 4, 2009 on Hotels.com
A good hotel if flying to and from Schoenefeld airport as only a 15 mins taxi ride away. A bit inconvenient being out in Kopenick as one need to catch a bus 164 to the S-Bahn and then a few stops into Berlin city centre. However, Kopenick is a nice location and the hotel was very comfortable. Good for families but not if you want the City night life.
