After our the 3rd stay we can confirm it: the worst customer service at a hotel I ever seen. Rude and impolite, I can manage. But useless and never ever be available to solve any problem, is too much. And not only to me: a customer said the AC wasn't working and the answer he received was "Wait more. And no, we can't go is sunday, nobody is working here, wait till tomorrow".
And if you go, don't accept a room facing where they receive stuff for the hotel. Since 4:30am people chatting and heavy noises.
Pros? It is cheap. Of course, you receive what you pay.
