We had a great stay here for three adults for three nights. The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely. If I were to come back to Berlin I’d definitely stay here again.

It's about 20 minutes walking to some of the main areas, also metro very close by to take you to other locations that are far. It's very convenient and friendly staff and the rooms were clean

Easy check in and check out. Convenient access to most points of interest. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Comfortable bed. A bit noisy on 1st floor but I didn't mind. I actually liked the feeling of being in an actual suburb and not totally isolated in some top floor hotel room. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a few nights on holiday with a friend. Quiet hotel within walking distance to the metro- although we never used it because you can anywhere in Berlin from this hotel. Great little restaurants and cafes only a few blocks away from the hotel. The staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The hotel staff and check in/out process and services was great. The main issue was there was no air conditioning. The current system does not actually cool the air so our stay during the summer with high 20s to low 30s (Celsius) was uncomfortable.

Pros: Big room, fairly clean. Air conditioning works. Close to Metro/Subway. Close to a grocery store. Cons: No fridge in the room. No ice machine in the hotel for customers to use. The pillow is garbage, so flat, provides no support. The comforter is so small, not designed for adult use. Two single beds pushed together sharing a single headboard, might as well just provide one queen or king bed. The staff weren’t very friendly, but that’s the norm in Germany where good customer service skills are rare to find. Carpet looked dirty or stained.

Located very close to a U Bahn station, the property is only a 20 - 30 min walk from most of the main attractions which makes it a great location so didn’t really use the station. Not a large bar or reception area but the rooms are big enough for a city stay and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Very quiet, was not disturbed by any outside or inside noise. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend

Situated in a quiet street close to Spittlemarkt Underground station with easy access to bars and restaurants, tourist attractions and Alexandeplatz only 15-20 min walk away, this was perfect for my stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and good value for money.

Prize for the worst reception people :(
After our the 3rd stay we can confirm it: the worst customer service at a hotel I ever seen. Rude and impolite, I can manage. But useless and never ever be available to solve any problem, is too much. And not only to me: a customer said the AC wasn't working and the answer he received was "Wait more. And no, we can't go is sunday, nobody is working here, wait till tomorrow". And if you go, don't accept a room facing where they receive stuff for the hotel. Since 4:30am people chatting and heavy noises. Pros? It is cheap. Of course, you receive what you pay.

Good Stay, Quite Neighborhood
This hotel was super clean, and the staff was really helpful. The neighborhood is quite, and safe. There is a metro stop just two blocks away from the hotel. But there aren’t many restaurants, bars or cafes around. It’s about a 20 minute walk to a more happening part of town. Although we were happy with our stay, we wish we had done some research and stayed in a more happening neighborhood.

The metro is two minutes away and you can reach with it potsdamer platz, alexander platz and the kurfürstendamm within 10 minutes. We would be very happy to be welcoming you again soon.Kind regards
