“Great neighbourhood”

Great location, safe and fantastic little bars, cafes and restaurants round about. Charlottenburg is wonderful. I stayed here on my own and felt very safe walking back through this neighbourhood at night. Staff were fun and helpful and very kind.

Great hotel to discover Berlin, just off the Ku'damm (main shopping street) and close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.

“West Berlin hotel away from the crowds”

Hotel located on what, 20 years ago, used to be a major side street off West Berlin's famous Ku'-damm and has become a quiet city location since the shift of the centre a few kilometres east. Still lots of nice restaurants and pubs around and close to main city transportation. Hotel is in an old style Berlin apartment block and many, if not all, rooms overlook the inner, partially covered courtyard where you can have breakfast. Very comfortable with a nice bed and shower.

“Great location. Peaceful and relaxing, no frills but very comfortable”

Bleibtreu is an excellent choice if you are either looking for a comfortable business hotel or a short stay for a city break. It's in a great location, round the corner from Kurfurstendamm and close to a range of great (albeit high end) shops with good restaurants and bars nearby. It's a very sensibly laid out hotel rather than a luxurious hotel, so the rooms are warm, comfortable and well-laid out, but not necessarily somewhere you'd want to lounge around in, but the showers are strong and good and they offer all the essential toiletries (shampoo+conditioner, cotton wool, shower gel etc) and it's not too cramped a bathroom. There's a mini bar with complimentary drinks, but I think they were all alcohol free. Internet connection was good and easy to use and there were plenty of sockets. It's pretty peaceful and the restaurant is good but not somewhere you'd dine out in specially. The deli attached offers good sandwiches and fresh bread etc as well as having a nice bar area in the evening. Staff were helpful and spoke good english if you need it. A taxi to the hotel is about €25 from Schonefeld and about €15 or less to Tegel The clientele seem to be more German and professional rather than families. I would definitely stay there again for an active city break or business trip.

The hotel is in the best area of the city that we saw. There are great resturants and bars within walking distance. We were there for 4 days and every meal was great. The hotel is ideal for a city break and the staff could not do enough for you.

We loved Bleibtreu Berlin. Excellent service, great room and the most delicious breakfasts at the Deli. Really nice location too! Highly recommended!

“Modern hotel in great location”

The staff at the Bleibtreu hotel are great. The breakfasts are good - either menu or buffet with loads of choice. Bedroom was lovely and quiet but not all that big with very little drawer space so good for a long weekend but perhaps not longer if you have a lot of clothes / stuff! Close to Ku'Damm and really easy to get around on S Bahn, U Bahn or bus. Bus stop for Tegel airport is less than 5 minutes walk away.

“Wheelchair accessible stylish hotel”

This could definitely be described as a 'boutique' hotel. It has a beautiful entrance / courtyard which incorporates a deli and florist! The room was lovely and met my access needs with a wetroom shower and shower seat. The breakfast was excellent and kept us going all day! Service was friendly and efficient and the hotel was within 100 metres to nearby shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. My only critisism would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room ..but i guess you can't have everything!

“Fabulous Location”

This hotel is in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin. It's modern, European small rooms, but very efficient. The only criticism I might have is that the staff at the desk could use more training in the usual concierge services. They were very nice, but did not appear to "know" a lot about the restaurants nearby and had to look them up online. Otherwise, it was a great place.
