“Great experience”

Wonderful hotel with great location. Shared bathroom was no problem at all, and the breakfast was really substantial. Would definitely stay there again.

“Wonderful location”

The Hotel Bogota was in a wonderful location in former West Berlin. It has easy transit access. Great breakfast is included. The hotel even has bicycles for rent if you want to explore the city by bike.

“Budget, nicely decadent, beautiful but room too small”

Great location! Nice shops, restaurant and cafe' nearby, very convenient for the tube and transport to Tegel Airport (just one bus!) - Hotel old fashioned but really attractive, I didn't mind not having the toilet/shower room in my room, the shared facilities were always clean. Amazing breakfast, very satisfying buffet, very good bread, butter and cherry jam! Should install more internet points in the hall. Room small and noisy but overall good value for money, not missed the TV but tea facilities would have been a plus. Definitely would go back there again.

“Excellent location”

The hotel has both rooms which are on suite and others were you have to share the restroom. I had an on suite and the room was simply furnished but very clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel was easily reached from Tegel airport using the 109 Bus which stops around the corner. The Kur'dam with all its shopping is close by. U-Bahn stop 4 blocks down and Zoo station a little further (about a mile). although you can get a bus.

“Five star charm at two star prices”

This is a family-run hotel within just 25m off the famous Kurfuerstendamm. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. This was my second stay at this hotel, this time for 3 weeks, and I would always want to go back to it if I needed to stay in a hotel in Berlin. - I would strongly recommend it to the British traveller, as the hotel has plenty of the old charm left of days gone by, which makes one feel at home as soon as one arrives.

“Very good value for money”

The hotel is ideally situated for bus stops and train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the money we paid the hotel was perfect.

“Cheap & cheerful.”

The room wasn't the most comfortable (I had one with a shared bathroom, it wasn't very big and there was very little room to work/table space). Breakfasts were OK - cereal and rolls/bread with meat and cheese, no croissants here! Staff were helpful and most of them friendly. Everything was clean. Pretty good for the price.
