This hotel exceeded our expecations and we really enjoyed our stay here. We had to pay for internet but it was worth getting hi-fi in our room. The staff were great and the bar offered drinks and the pizza was yummy. It was a fair distance to walk to the train station and once there, you can get anywhere in Berlin. If it wasn't so cold, the walk would be much more enjoyable. 2 thumbs up for this place.

“Very Pleasant Experience”

This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, within easy walking distance of a public transportation center. My room (family room) was large, clean, comfortable and it had a balcony. The bathrooom was good size with a nice shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a nice lounge next to the lobby. The staff, who work both the desk and the bar, are very friendly and helpful, particularly Marc who speaks excellent English. If I return to Berlin, I will certainly stay at this hotel again!

Just what i was looking for. Nothing fancy just a nice, modern clean room with a bed and big enough shower. Nice friendly service also.

“Simple, but worth the money”

The hotel is a basic 3-star property. However, it is quite new, very clean and staff is very friendly. I paid a reasonable room-rate and I got more than I expected. Breakfast had a nice variety. Only negative point is the location. I can recommend this hotel to everybody with a small budget

“Quiet suburb hotel”

Although not right in the action, the Hotel Berlin Winter's is quaint and quiet and located next to a large volkspark with a joging/walking trail. The park has lots of large trees and some ponds. The hotel is located about a three blocks from an S and U stop, so getting to the center of it all was no problem. I was releived to go back to our quiet retreat after a day walking around Berlin.
