“Best hotel in Germany!”

Myself and my brother stayed in a Grand Twin room with two twin beds. The hotel and room was impeccably clean and even after trying, could not fault one thing (regardless of how minor) wrong with anything to do with the hotel, the room or its staff. The staff were well informed, polite and provided us with lots of extra information and helpful tips on where to go and when, including bars and restaurants. The Grand Hyatt in Berlin is everything you expect a 5* hotel to be and more.

“Great hotel in central location”

The hotel could not be more perfectly located at Potsdamer Platz. Right across the street is a mall as well as a street lined with good restaurants. You are about a 15 minute walk to the historic part of town and in the summer Potsdamer Platz has a 'flea market' next to the Deutsche Bank building. Anyway, a good experience with clean rooms and great service. Would certainly recommend the hotel.

“Would stay here again.”

First time to Berlin to support friend running the Berlin Marathon. Great location for the start and finish but also for visiting the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag,Tiergarten, Checkpoint Charlie and much more. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful.Stayed in a Club room so had use of the Club Lounge with internet access, pre-dinner drink, etc. Room was comfy, quiet with flat screen B&O TV plus small TV in bathroom, nice walk in shower as well as bath, bathrobe & slippers. A few bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

“Grand Hyatt Berlin - A Great Experience”

As we had booked through Expedia I did not expect to be treated as a "valued customer" for want of a better way of putting it. On arrival at hotel we were greeted exceptionally well. As we were staying 7 nights given a room on top floor with nice outlook, fresh fruit every day and 2 bottles of water per day. Also asked by staff if there was something special they could do for us. We enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Excellent hotel. I like all about it except that brakfast was much too expnsive at Euro 34 per head. Othewise - excelelnt.
