The King sized bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a huge selection on offer of high quality, fresh fruit juice and fast, friendly service. Room service was reasonably priced and very tasty. Really enjoyed our stay (already recommended to friends) and hope to go back in the future!

“Excellent hotel and location”

The hotel is in an excellent location in East Berlin. Close enough to walk to all of the major attractions, including museums, in that area. It has a great lobby and bar and a huge breakfast area which is up the stairs with a awesome view of the square and churches across the street. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was also a great value!

“Just the right location”

The hotel is on a very important square in what was east Berlin. It has the English and french cathedrals and is surrounded by restuarants and bars. A U-bahn just a few seconds asway and good bus connections. Very easy to walk to many attractions- Checkpoint Charlie;Brandenburg Gate;remains of the wall;Potsdam Platz

“HEART OF BERLIN”

as regular visitors to Berlin we enjoyed having a view over the GENDARMENMARKT. Superb breakfast buffet, lovely room with vg air-conditioning. A 7 day transport pass is only 27 euros and great value; get it at the airport and use the bus to Unter der Linden; 5 min walk to hotel

“Excellent location”

Was very impressed with this hotel. Members of staff were friendly, breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect. Many attractions are within walking distance but access to public transport is literally on your doorstep if you need it. A visit to the chocolate shop nextdoor is a must!

“One of the best hotels we've stayed in, anywhere!”

This is the second time we've stayed at the Berlin Hilton, and again the quality has been excellent/faultless. Staff (especially on the main desk) are polite, helpful and (as appropriate)knowledgeable. As we are non-German speakers, their almost perfect English was of great assistance to us. The hotels position on the Gendarmenmarkt is a superb base for all the main attractions - most of which are within easy walking distance. I am still getting over the fantastic selection at the brilliant breakfast! Again, the restaurant staff were attentive (but not intrusive)and courteous. It also has a great little leisure suite (including a very nice gym and pool). We'll definitely be returning to this hotel!
