Great hotelPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: The hotel is modern, very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet in my room -- no street noise or noise from the hallway or neighbors. Just lovely
Cons: There was no ventilation in the bathroom - which seems to be very typical in Europe, but some kind of ventilation would be great.
Location: Close to the Brandenburg Gate and Unter der Linden. We walked everywhere.
My friend and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was easy to find it via bus and metro from the airport. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, though close to the Brandenburg Gate. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff and the rooms were immaculate. Would go back.

Very nice hotel close to downtownPosted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Excellent room, and the support staff. I phoned about problems with my room. A supervisor was outside my door within five minutes to inspect.
Cons: The price of wifi access in the room, €25 per night, is outrageous. Just use the free wifi in the lobby.
Location: Excellent! This hotel is in a very exclusive part of town, with excellent restaurants (but these restaurants are pricier than the rest of Berlin).
1. The hotel is located across from a square containing large cathedrals and music halls called Genardenmarkt. This is in a very nice location. The hotel is right next to the Stadtmitte stop on the U2 subway. 2. The room is well appointed but European small. 3. The concierge staff is excellent, and they speak English well. The front desk staff is very good overall, though some struggle with English and courtesy. 4. The restaurant looked very nice, but I did not visit this.

Good hotel locationPosted Aug 24, 2014
We had a large family room which it was-exactly! The room was extremely clean and comfortable and in a good central location. Our room was not serviced however on our first night and the tea and coffee facilities were poor considering the quality of the hotel. We had to pay £25 a day for internet use unless you used the computers in the lobby area. This was not private or very secure. It was free however. The staff were helpful but slightly charmless!

great hotel in a brilliant locationPosted Aug 20, 2014
Cons: I would suggest that the buffet breakfast is rather expensive.
Location: There are plenty of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The U-Bahn is right outside the hotel (we only used it to get to the zoo).
We stayed at the Hilton in Aug 2014 for 3 nights. It is in a great central location for visiting Berlin - most sights are within walking distance. The rooms are quiet and well appointed and we found all staff friendly and approachable. We had entry into the executive lounge which I would recommend for complimentary breakfast, drinks throughout the day, cake at 4pm, and alcoholic drinks with snacks between 6pm and 8pm. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Berlin.

Great hotel right in the middle of BerlinPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, Facilities, Staff
Location: Checkpoint Charlie, The Brandenburg Gate, DDR Museum, Augustina Bar within 10 minutes walking.
Great hotel with very friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and easy access to all the major sites. The Hotel is situated right outside the Stadmitte UBahn making getting around very simple. We actually chose to walk as it was so central it only took 10 mins to get to checkpoint Charlie and the Bradenburg Gate.

Excellent location in the center of BerlinPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The location and the staff. Beautiful lobby and a clean and tidy hotel
Cons: rooms are slightly dull and dated
Location: Near the border of east and west Berlin. Lots of restaurants, sights and shops in close proximity. Also across the street from a metro.
Excellent location and helpful and knowledgeable staff

Snobby staff and no free wifi in your roomPosted Aug 10, 2014
The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I did not feel like a welcomed guest, you would be better off staying in the western side.

Lovely and covenientPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Right next to an U bahn station. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Housekeeping staff through away my platypus bottle. Hotel offered no reimbursement. They had no right to throw anything in the room not in a trashcan
Location: Amazing, quiet location. Tons of restaurants, pubs, & shopping all within walking distance.
Hotel was absolutely gorgeous and conveniently right next to an U Bahn station. Restaurants inside are very expensive but there are an insane amount of restaurants nearby. The Lowenbrau restaurant behind the hotel is an absolute must!
