Lovely airport hotel

Pros: the breakfast (when included in booking price)
Cons: It was difficult to call the shuttle from the airport. We had a long wait until we got through (15 min) But it came really soon after that
Location: Go and see Berlin, Mitte it is worth it
We stayed here because we had an early flight back home. This hotel is really nice and quiet, the staff is very helpful and they serve a delicious breakfast.

Wonderful relaxed hotel - perfect for a short stay

My friends and I booked two rooms and stayed here for two nights. Not only were the staff incredibly helpful but the rooms were impeccably clean and quiet. The free shuttle saved us a lot of money and it was handy being able to buy tickets from the hotel rather than queuing at the train station. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody.

Close to the airport

Very close to the airport just 5 mins by car , nice area around the hotel but far from Berlin downtown can stay only for max one night and easy parking , breakfast is a bit expensive

Holiday Inn Berlin Airport

The staff had no control of the long and non organized lines at the check in/out desk. Too crowded for personnel service, the staff had no time for each individual. Balcony doors will not open, only crack slightly. Refrigerators are small and have only enough room for overpriced goods. Climate control worked well and plenty of hot water. Parking was sufficient in the garage, but difficult to leave at times. Location was far from the center of Berlin, however the hotel offered a shuttle service to the S bahn which was about 1 km away from the hotel. I would not recommend to anyone unless they like bland customer service and long, frustrating lines.

a bad experience

Pros: lobby was nice
Cons: room cleaness
Location: nothing- hotel next to airoprt
the winmdow in my room was not opening and although i did request for this to be fixed( a small key was needed for the window to fully open ) i wasignored. I did request a smoking free room but the smell from previous users was very strong ( especially with an almost closed window) The dinner in the rstaurant was good but overpriced

A Good and Convenient hotel next to the airport

I only stay one night for business. The personnel at the restaurant and the breakfast was the best service, very good, professional and attentive. I found the lady that met me at reception a bit too "serious" and a bit more of an smile would have been appreciate. However the worst was the shuttle bus service. I called then when I arrive to the terminal as I was told to do and after 25 minutes nobody have come to pick me up. Just to put it into prospective it was 21.20 pm and cold. I have to called again and it finally looks like the send someone to pick me up 35 minutes later. The drive pick me up and he soon have a phone call that I suppose was family of friend, from then on until the hotel we was on the phone and driving with one hand which I found very dangerous. I arrive to the hotel and I did tell the receptions but I got the impression that she did not like my comment! Never mind, shame because the hotel is good and personnel at the restaurant great!!!
