“Berlin at Christmas”

This was a new experience for us a family and one we throughly recommend. The hotel was perfect, on the east side of berlin but within a short walking distance, you were in the centre , we were able to experience the christmas markets, the designer shops, the tourist venues, remains of the berlin wall , local culture. The staff were extremely helpful at this busy time of year with tips on how to travel, where to go, maps, and any information required.

“Very Impressed - Would go back”

We stayed here for 3 nights in December 07. The location is excellent with a U-bahn stop 1 minute away and the main attractions about 20mins walk. Facilities were excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend

“Great facilties! Good location! Close to Underground Station”

This hotel is within walking distance of Unter Den Linden and the Brandeburg Gate although the underground station is 1 minute away. It's a 4 star hotel and we had a junior suite. It included a kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, a dining area, lounge, a tv with Satellite channels and a DVD player. It also had a massive bathroom with 2 options for a shower, over the bath or "wet room". We bought food on one evening from a supermarket. prepared it in our kitchen and watched a DVD. All very relaxing after a day seeing Berlin. Two breakfast rooms, both modern, offered a great breakfast selection up till 10.30am. The staff were on the formal side but pleasant enough. It's an easy train journey from Schoenfeld Airport - fare just over 2 Euros, so much cheaper than a taxi. Look out for an old East German observation tower at Treptower Park en route! Get off at Friedrichstrasse, change to the U6, then alight at Zimmwerwitzer, turn left at the adjacent corner and the hotel is there on your left. We will definitely go back to Berlin again and would use the same hotel without reservation!

“Home Suite Home was like Home!”

Home Suite Home was a great place to stay in Berlin. We checked in early and had no problems, we stayed in a junior suite that was bigger than my apartment! It was great having a full kitchen and a extra space. There were two computers for use in the lobby with internet as well as free laundry which came in handy. Home Suite Home was in a great location only a few blocks to Orianenburgerstrass where many restaurants and bars are. We were in Berlin during a heat wave, it was over 90 degrees everyday and the only downfall was no air conditioning, but I would definitely stay here again.

“ideal hotel to stay in Berlin”

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and we had plenty of space. We had an inclusive breakfast which was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

“Spacious apartment”

Spacious apartment which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast ok, plenty of ham,cheese, rolls and cereal, but once the fruit, yoghurts and croissants were gone they weren't replaced.Staff pleasant and helpful. Very convenient for the u-bahn, s-bahn and trams. Not many local restaurants, but what was there was ok. Would stay here again.

“Great hotel, great price!”

An excellent hotel near many of Berlin's attractions with a great price. I stayed here two nights and found the hotel pleasant, clean, modern and relaxing. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hotel and experience matched description on Expedia.

“Good location, friendly staff, reasonable price”

The staff is exetremely friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. The rooms are huge, very clean and with tons of facilities: oven, cook, dish-washing machine, fridge, dishes, TV, DVD and wireless Internet. The hotel is at a 1 min walk from the closest U-bahn station. From there it is only 3 stops with the subway to the Brandenburg Gate. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your tourist or business trip to Berlin!

“Good Choice in Mitte.”

Clean comfortable room with kitchen and a balcony - also a great breakfast! U-bahn at the end of the street, some stores and a bakery right next door. Good central location in Berlin - we enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful and friendly with every request. A nice hotel!
