“Hotel Adlon Kimpinski”
The hotel was very well located right in fron of the Brandenburg Gate. The concierge service was perfect!
“Absolutely Loved this Hotel”
When you arrived to the hotel you are greeted by a monopoly looking man who is very nice and assigns a bell boy to grab your bags and take them up to your room after you check-in. Once you proceed inside you will be in awe because this hotel is so beautiful and classy. Once you approach the check-in desk you will be greated by the nicest and most professional staff. We were greeted by Ana and the hotel primary manager David who would later be such a big help with all our questions(like typical tourist). When we checked-in David upgraded our room at no charge and we didn't even have to ask. Guest can be sure to feel safe here because your room key has a chip which is neccessary if you will like to use the elevator to go up any level. Every room has two little lights and one door bell button at the front door and one light means to not disturb when you turn it on from inside the room adn the other is to have you room cleaned. They greet you every morning with a morning paper or your preferred language. Also they open doors for you and set up your food if you order room service. Over all it is a hotel you have to experience for yourself, as for me I was really satisfied and would definitely go back.
“Stylish Berlin”
Incredible stay at the Adlon. Best hotel I ever stayed in. Great staff and fascinating rooms and spa.
“Fantastic in every way!”
Super comfy beds, luxurious decor and amenities, helpful and friendly staff. We loved this place! Wouldn't necessarily eat at their restaurants as they are quite pricey and there are plenty of good places in Berlin to eat. Perfect location. Loved, loved, loved it!
“Excellent overall experience”
I stayed at Hotel Aldon Kempinski, together with my wife, on a combined business and leisure trip for three days. The experiece was very pleasant and well rounded. What really set this hotel apart from most was the high quality of the hotel staff. Their conduct was faultless but relaxed, which seems to be exceedingly rare, even in hotels of similar class.
“Excellent World Class Hotel and Location”
We could not have been more satisfied. Truly a pleasure!
“The place to stay in Berlin”
We can't say enough good things. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super, the lobby bar/lounge is impressive, the outdoor cafe out front on Unter den Linden is a 1000% nicer than than the "famous" Cafe de la Paix in Paris, the French/Continental restaurant is superior, and, last but not least, the buffet breakfast is outstanding and worth every Euro !
“SUPERLATIVE!”
This is absolutely the best hotel in Berlin, probably Germany, possibly even Europe...It's elegant and well-appointed; the staff are friendly and conversant in several languages; the amenities are generous. It's true what an earlier reviewer said about the ridiculously expensive breakfast (we skipped it--there are lots of restaurants & bakeries nearby), BUT: if you want to splurge just once, this is the place to do it!
“Fantastic”
Location and service - amazing. The new rooms are perfect... too perfect... lacked some charm considering the history of the building.
“will stay again next year”
the hotel is beautiful. staff are courteous. the train station is just outside the hotel. one stop to Postdamer Platz
