“An Amazing Place to Stay!”

We travelled to Berlin to celebrate a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, checked in and were escorted to our room, we had the most amazing stay. As regular visitors to Berlin, we have had mixed experiences when staying in hotels. Not this time. The staff are the biggest asset with smiles, uncompromising service and a 'can do anything' attitude. Our only problem with this hotel was the fact we had to check out. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to travellers of all types.

“Great Hotel...”

This hotel was first class. I had informed them that i was bringing my husband for a special 30th b-day treat and they helped to make it really special. Our room was really nice, with nice views over the city and the service was fantastic. If anything the only downside of the hotel is that it isn't walking distance to the areas with cooler bars and shops (Mitte). However, it is easy enough to get around by U-bahn.

“Will definitely go back to Concorde next time we're in Berlin.”

A great hotel in a great location. The staff was wonderful and helpful, the room was large and very comfortable. If you're into fitness, thier fitness room is one of the best we've every used in our travels.

“Beautiful Contemporary Hotel”

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke pretty good English besides. We felt it was a good value and in a good location.

“Luxury Hotel with a service to match”

We stayed at the Hotel Concorde Berlin for our 17th wedding Anniversary. We got an excellent deal for 5 nights and saw it as the perfect location to base our week from. It's location is perfect for the shopping, food and drink delights Kürfurstendam has to offer, and even better was across the street from the U-Bann. Weither you are a holiday maker or a VIP exec staying at the hotel, the staff treated everyone like royalty. We would definately stay at the Hotel Concorde again. Looking forward to our next trip back to Berlin. Missing it already.

“Luxurious Hotel”

Wonderful hotel. Greeted warmly by hotel staff. Great location in West Berlin. Very nice room, bathrool had marble floors, separate bathtub and shower, and two sinks. Bed very comfortable. Near bus lines to get to East Berlin and within walking distance to everything in West Berlin. Expensive to park our car. Great value overall.

“Excellent Customer Service - nice design and amenities”

Very polite, friendly, attentive staff - always greeting us - seemed very genuine - not like some of the fake C.S. "hi, how are you" non-sense we get in the States all too often... Nice design, very spacious bathroom, very clean, wonderful sauna. Good location - walking distance to zoo, shopping, great connections on trains, 10 min. to Mitte, etc... Would have only very nice things to say about our experience at this hotel.

“ultra modern comfort”

Fabulous hotel extremely well located for exploring Berlin. The rooms are ultra modern and pristine and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The wellness centre was an added bonus after an exhausting day of sightseeing. Highly recommended.
