“cant wait to go back”
it was great experience
“Great Hotel...”
This hotel was first class. I had informed them that i was bringing my husband for a special 30th b-day treat and they helped to make it really special. Our room was really nice, with nice views over the city and the service was fantastic. If anything the only downside of the hotel is that it isn't walking distance to the areas with cooler bars and shops (Mitte). However, it is easy enough to get around by U-bahn.

A great hotel in a great location. The staff was wonderful and helpful, the room was large and very comfortable. If you're into fitness, thier fitness room is one of the best we've every used in our travels.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke pretty good English besides. We felt it was a good value and in a good location.

“Luxurious Hotel”
Wonderful hotel. Greeted warmly by hotel staff. Great location in West Berlin. Very nice room, bathrool had marble floors, separate bathtub and shower, and two sinks. Bed very comfortable. Near bus lines to get to East Berlin and within walking distance to everything in West Berlin. Expensive to park our car. Great value overall.
“Excellent Customer Service - nice design and amenities”
Very polite, friendly, attentive staff - always greeting us - seemed very genuine - not like some of the fake C.S. "hi, how are you" non-sense we get in the States all too often... Nice design, very spacious bathroom, very clean, wonderful sauna. Good location - walking distance to zoo, shopping, great connections on trains, 10 min. to Mitte, etc... Would have only very nice things to say about our experience at this hotel.
