Inn Sight Potzdamer PlatzPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Very good for getting everywhere
Cons: Give the correct booking in details and address
Location: There is lots to do near by. You can walk or train it to Brandenburg Gate, TV Tower, Reichstag building and lots more.
The accommodation was great but the information and address given to us by Expedia was incorrect and therefore made booking a hassle. We should have been given a different address to go book in with it being a Sunday and also the address of the accommodation on the website is incorrect.

Clean and clearPosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is well located, close to Potsdamer Platz. The apartment is clean and clear. When I arrived in Berlin late Saturday afternoon, I called the hotel Inn-Sight to come give me the apartment's key. To my surprise, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name. But after providing all details of the booking to the concierge, an employee of the hotel came to me at the building, apologized for the confusion (which she attributed to the fact that the hotel had not been informed by Hotels.com about the reservation) and handed me the apartment. In the end, everything worked out.

Central good for gay and non gay lifePosted Oct 21, 2013
Our 8th wedding anniversary was great in part thanks to the great stay we had just off the Potzdamer platz. Everthing you need is there. We found the bed too hard, they swapped mattress immediately. Wonderfully bright and with wooden floors it felt like home. I'd stay there again, and more than 3 nights.

A lovely appartment, not a hotelPosted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
all good, but tell them you are coming as it is an appartment, not a hotel and the staff need to meet you to give you the key - didn't manage to get wifi.Lots of space and great location - central and quiet

very good altermative to hotrlPosted Aug 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Pros: Very good, to excellent, option for families travelling with kids. Great location. Potsdammer Platz was walking access to many things as well as being a transportation hub to other parts of the city. Excellent apartment layout. Very flexible layout. All amenities we could need. Cooking, diswasher, LAUNDRY in apartment. Cons: wireless would not work! Seems a common theme with other users. Visitors may wish to consider bringing their own hotspot. Also, the furniturwas a bit on the budget minded side. Not a big deal but may affect those with desired mattress firmness for sleeping. Overall...we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Super central location!Posted Aug 2, 2013
A brilliant location - easy to find and right between 2 u bahn stops . Really close to several supermarkets and central for all major sights . Apartment clean and well enough equipped . Ideal for families because it was central enough to stop off at for a break during the day and then easily return to sightseeing .

Fantastic apartment - highly recommended!Posted Jul 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
These apartments are beautifully furnished with all the equipment required for self-catering. Perfect location with shops, tourist visits, bicycle high and public transport all within a very short distance. Please note that the keys are collected from a different location if you arrive out of office hours - it's only 15mins away by metro.

Hip little spot in BerlinPosted Jul 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
First, it was a fantastic little apartment near Potsdamer Platz: great kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room area. The furniture is comfortable, and perfect for a couple of people. More if someone is willing to sleep on a small couch and in a chair. The kitchen has dishes, cooking pots and all the appliances for cooking your meals there. There is a grocery store nearby. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get the keys for the apartment - there was no indication in the follow-up email from hotels.com, or the listing for the hotel, that you HAD to call ahead (it was only suggested). There is nothing at the address that indicates that it is a hotel, or what you have to do to get the keys. Once we called them (remember to add 00 before calling a number in Germany) the staff at inn sight came very quickly and we were let into the apartment. They were helpful in pointing out where the grocery store was, and what we had to do when we checked out of the apartment. I would stay at this apartment again if I wanted to self cater and stay near Potsdamer Platz.

Handy location if you can get inPosted Jul 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only, but SERIOUS, problem was no reception facility. We arrived in pouring rain to a closed door with no instructions on how to obtain a key. If it wasn't for the guy in BoomTownMedia, who rang the agent on our behalf, we would have been forced to search for another hotel. VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!! The same thing happened to a party of 4 a few days later. We let them wait in the lobby instead of on the street. The Media guy said it happened all the time. Pity poor people arriving on the weekend who would be stranded!
