Service exceptional! Only issue I had was the ac wouldn’t cool down the room so they gave me a fan which helped. It is a great hotel though to stay at.

This stay was one of the best I have had. The staff was incredible: friendly and forthcoming. The room was comfortably and clean. I will alwyas go back and recommend to everybody.

Fabulous hotel and staff
This hotel is really lovely. The staff couldn’t be better - friendly and delivering top service consistently. There isn’t a bar in the hotel and the attached restaurant doesn’t open until 6pm. Room service is available though. Location is perfect.

At Louisa's Place, I got the feeling of home. One of the great experiences i've had at hotels in Europe was at LP. Two beautiful ladies at the reception that always offered a smile, Ms Jennifer and Ms Linda. They made sure that our stay was a comfortable one as I was with my wife and 3 boys. Also the gentlemen at the reception did not hesitate to offer any help when needed (sorry I didnt get your names guys). Facilities offered at the hotel were a plus as the swimming pool was fairly sized for a short leisure swim with the kids during weekends, when everything is closed. Housekeeping was a breeze, they came in and cleaned the two bedroom suite in no-time. As for shopping and restaurants, they are minutes away. You can reach the main shopping district by bus (a few stops away) or by foot in 25 minutes. For grocery head to Edeka Adenauerplatz (less than a 5 min walk) or Lidl (around 15 minutes walk). Overall, i would call my hotel choice in Berlin a success.

The Hotel apartment was fantastic, however rather disappointed in the taxi to the airport which we booked via the hotel. We were advised that this would cost between 30-40 euros, yet when we arrived at the airport we were charged 50euros!

Great hotel!!
Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, with 2 small children. Such a great hotel! The room is very big and comfortable. Very clean, was cleaned daily. We stayed in a room with a balcony that overlooked a very nice garden. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and always trying to help and make you feel welcome. Both at the restaurant and the reception. The breakfast is very tasteful. We liked it very much. Ate breakfast at the hotel every day, even though it cost us extra. The location is great also. Right in the heart of the most famous street in Berlin. A minute walk from the metro, that can take you anywhere you want to go. Overall, a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Corporate, sterile hotels make me cringe. Louisa's Place was just the opposite. Needing to use your room key to enter the front lobby, with a freshly appointed sitting area just across, made me feel like I was entering my own home. The pool area was fantastic for a morning or evening swim followed by a refreshingly hot and clean steam bath. My week-long stay was restful, even though I was there on business, because the junior suite kitchen that allowed for breakfast in-room with great coffee supplied by the hotel. Room service was prompt when needed. The hotel staff was eager to ensure a positive stay. Also valued the proximity to the underground and bus lines. Easily able to travel by public transport to all parts of the city and Potsdam (bike excursion there).

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent area. The room was beautiful in an old classic way. It had a small kitchen a living room and a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. Our only complaint which was a large one for us was the portable air-conditioning unit. The unit requires you to put a hose out the window for ventilation. I first was unaware of this and was unable to get the unit to work properly so the staff let me know the issue. They were kind enough to do this for us. The portable air conditioner worked well however every time it cycled on and off it was extremely loud waking us up. By morning both of us were exhausted after not getting any sleep.

The hotel was located a short bus ride from former West Berlins main shopping area - so some distance from many of the historic East German sites. However transportation links are excellent. It a a nice area of Berlin to stay in with a good choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offered excellent accommodation, in good decorative condition and with comfortable bed, generous shower/loo and well appointed kitchenette. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and facilities were good too although the gym was very smalll and basic.

The space and kitchenette and the style of the property were all positives. Lack of air conditioning was the major negative as well as the cost of breakfast which put me off having it in the hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room by a staff member who explained everything. Our room was very clean and very comfortably furnished. There are numerous nice restaurants within walking distance. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Hidden Gem in Berlin!
Needed a hotel for the nite due to cancellation of my flight, was not able to get anything else, all hotels seemed fully booked. I am so happy I ended up at Louisa's Place; the location, the facilities are top of the line! The service by the Staff even better, after a very long day and a flight cancellation, I really needed a drink....the staff welcoming us (me & my boss) was so understanding and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and managed to get us some spirits to apace our stress levels....in the end I was sorry I did not find this place earlier!!!

A great base to enjoy Berlin
Excellent hotel, close to the metro which opens up possibilities to travel across the city. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is absurdly expensive so we used the little kitchen every morning to make it ourselves, which together with a morning swim in the spa made for a lovely, leisurely start to each day. The service from reception and housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. We could not have wished for a better base.
