Staff were welcoming and helpful Breakfast was brilliant. Excellent choice and plenty of it. Wifi in room was very poor, constantly dropping out and fairly useless Hairdryer didn't work Air conditioning didn't work - temp said 19.5 degrees but that was as low as you could go and the room was still really hot. Couldn't sleep with the window open as far too much street noise and sirens. Showering flooded the bathroom floor as the shower screen had a gap of about 1" above the edge of the bath

Its served its purpose and was decent to stay at. Shower was kind of annoying as water goes on the floor, but good pressure and temperature. One front desk guy was pretty snippy at checkout. The rest of them were ok and said hi when I came and went during my stay. I liked the neighborhood and it was close to transit or easy Uber

Free wifi doesn't work
Check in was fine room is spacious and modern but far from the elevator. The free wifi is a joke it doesn't work and they make you pay 8 euro a day for wifi that does work. Very annoyed won't stay again due to this Malpractice

This is a solid business class option in the area. It is not a great location for tourists, although there is an S-Bahn station just a block away that makes it easy to get wherever you want to go. For my purposes (visiting family), this hotel was very conveniently located and I would stay here again. What really sets this hotel apart in my opinion is the quality of the staff. I had to deal with an emergency during the stay, and the staff was super helpful and kind; I really can't praise them enough.

Good quality hotel
Easy to get to the hotel on the U8 underground line and then only a few min walk. With a fantastic bakery right by the station! On this line you can easily get to all the sights and main attractions of Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable English was spoken and service was excellent. The staff were able to help with any queries. The room had comfortable beds and everything you would need nice toiletries and a kettle. Breakfast is a buffet with a really good choice of good food. Good hotel good value. Recommend.

Good location, great overall service. The ambulances were blaring and driving by all day and night. Not sure if the hotel is close to a hospital or emergency room. It was very obvious from the first day on.

Basic amenities, nice staff, but would not visit again. Hotel room was uncomfortably hot at night, unable to turn the AC any lower. Received extra pillows but they were all flat and nothing to fluff. Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, but the bar was open. Not much variety in the bar menu, with seating feeling awkward (open area in the lobby).

Give us some light
Hotel is a little dated, but comfortable enough. It was the best option in the area in which we wished to stay and would have received a better rating but for: a) It was the darkest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There were a few auxiliary lights, but no main ones and nothing to enable one to read in bed b) The air conditioning/heating system was very noisy.

Well situated - excellent breakfast
The hotel was ideally situated for our needs (I was there with 4 colleagues for a conference in another venue). A very friendly reception and my room was spacious and comfortable, though too hot and with the window open there was quite a lot of traffic noise late into the night! Breakfast was exceptional, loads of variety and well presented. With more time I would happily have spent several hours sampling the delights. The basic free wifi was pretty slow - I'd expect more as a business visitor in 2022!

Clean and good size room
The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. For me the only issue is the limitation on the A/C temperature, I had to sleep with the window open in order to get the room cold enough for my comfort. Other than that, the only comment to make is the half block you have to walk to get to the front of the hotel. There is a pretty important street, the subway station is on that one, you walk toward the hotel and when you reach a corner you have to walk 1/2 block to reach the entrance, that half block does not have a single light and there are no stores either, so, at night I'm not sure how safe it is.

Great stay
The staff was super friendly and accommodating: I asked for a nespresso machine to be added to my room, so they provided it free of charge. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue for me was the size of the single bed, which was very small. I know this is standard in Europe, but it took a couple of nights to get used to it without falling off!

The building was clean, tidy up nicely, good location, close to supermarkets and eateries. The hotel breakfast was okay but bacon and sausages were too salty. Well, I replced them with mix-fruits, eggs and yummy croissants. Yes if I have something doing in that neighborhood I will use them again. Thanks for having me.
