“Good base to travel around Berlin”

'Boutique' type hotel, breakfast if you want it, and restaurant if needed, although quite pricey. Facilities clean and relatively new. Well priced stay on an Expedia deal. Location good - 10 min walk to Frankfurter Tor but you can always get a tram from outside. Good choice of cafe's and restaurants around Frankfurter Tor. U5 underground from Frankfurter Tor only 3-4 stops to Alexanderplatz and other good transport links, and of course the rest of Berlin and the more tourist areas. Taxi from Schoenfeld cost about 30 euros otherwise take the S9 to Franfurter Allee, the U5 to Franfurter Tor and a tram to the hotel.

“Excellent hotel in nice neighborhood”

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. Room service was excellent. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was very good and not too expensive. The hotel is just down the road from the train station (you can take a tram and be there in just a couple minutes) and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. A lot of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is excellent for the price. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is there was no A/C and it was about 85-90 degrees F outside the entire time we were there, so it was a little miserable sometimes, but there were a few doors/balconies in our room that we could open.

“Lovely boutique hotel”

This hotel is really lovely - a boutique hotel with individually designed rooms. The standard is excellent. There is free wifi, a gorgeous sauna/roof terrace that is part of a guest's stay at the hotel. We really loved it.

“Great Hotel”

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The position of the hotel was perhaps not the best but it was very convenient for the tram and the UBhanis also close by. We would be happy to stay there again.

the room was nice But the beds were all twin beds. No A/C in the rooms. So U open a window and have all the Street nosie. There a much better places in the area for a lot less.
