Great location. Affordable. Room was small but comfortable and clean. It would be great if the hotel provided a tiny refrigerator and microwave in the rooms (but there is a community microwave in the lobby that the staff let us used). The staff was helpful. The reviews about the elevator not working are all true but we didn’t mind using the stairs during our stay

This was a lovley hitel and very clean staff were very very nice as well however there was no kettle in the room and the elevatior was broke when we were there and we were housed on the 5th floor the walking killed me

Great small hotel in a very good location for transport links and walking. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Considering all of that it’s also priced really competitively. The rooms are on the small side but well designed, clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Would highly recommend.

Nice little hotel with basic amenities. A nice 40 min walk into town to start the days activities. Lots of small markets and cafes around the area. Hotel has a nice breakfast £16.50, which is on point and will carry you through most of the day. Only wish would be for a kettle ( maybe loan out to those who wish).

Amazing stay in Berlin!
Terrific stay! Very clean and tidy, ideal location and lovely staff! The beds were very comfortable and cosy. Only issue was that there is a door (which is locked) that joins onto the next room and you could hear other people if they were loud - Such a minor thing though! We will be booking again, really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay but bare minimum. No dry cleaning or laundry service. Breakfast is good but pricy.

It's an okay hotel with one tiny elevator and no air-condition. A few minutes walk from the train station and shops.

Very convenient location. Pleasant stuff. My old towels were taken every day, but never replaced with the new ones. The room floor was dirty a sticky. I don't believe they moped it. At the end my leather jacket went missing from the room. When I questioned the front desk at the checkout they contacted the room service, but nobody seemed to seen it.

Came to Berlin to run the Berlin Marathon and I liked that I had transportation very accessible. It was about 40 mins from the starting line and to main point of the city. Overall hotel was good. The location was good and it had various options for dining. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the shower without door (made it messy).

Well worth it
The room was quite comfortable, clean, and quiet. The clerk was great with customer service. It's conveniently located near a few public transit stations, the zoo, and plenty of restaurants. I would definitely repeat my stay here.

This hotel was in the most convenient area for me I absolutely love it!! The decorum is beautiful and the front desk is nice and helpful and always there if needed be. All restaurants and transportation is within walking distant! The area of the hotel is beautiful and quiet we didn’t really take taxis or Ubers because of the price and conversion so we stuck to public transportation which was easy, cheap, and very very convenient and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel and visits again when given the chance!!

The hotel is a solid 3-star. Recently renovated and clean. There isn’t air conditioning, only a heater. Breakfast is basic but good (bread, eggs, yogurt, cereal, waffle, juices, coffee and tea).

In a good location close to many dining and public transportation options . Quiet area. Window opened which was good in cool weather. There seemed to be no AC which could be a problem in hot weather. Small but adequately room. Good value. Breakfast was reasonable value. Read the do not disturb sign closely or you’ll get no service. Friendly staff. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Ligger godt i forhold til transport mulighedder. Høfligt personale på hotellet Ville gerne have haft at de skiftede håndklæder på hotellet mens vi var det men det skete ikke (var der i 5 dage) Et køleskab på værelset ville have været et plus. The requested baby bed was forgotten to be provided, new one was difficult to get so we got exchange to a smaller room with one mattress but bed itself was only 160 sm wide for 3 people :(. Kettle was also not available, parking was booked out. When we asked for extra towel and pillow for baby it was promised to be provided, but never was the case.

There was no kettle and we have kids that need to sanitize their things We booked a room for 3 but they didnt find it so we upgraded and payed extra fees The elevator was out of service we had to get the stroller with us up and down everyday

Tolles Hotel, Preis-Leistung klasse,schön eingerichtet, in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man 2 U-Bahnstationen. Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt, dafür erhielten wir aber ein frei Getränk und auf Nachfrage ein neues Zimmer was sich nicht im 7.Stock befand. Gerne wieder.

Alles war in Ordnung, das Zimmer war allerdings ein wenig dunkel, weil es im 1. Stock war, aber auch weil die Beleuchtung nicht sehr stark war.
