Reasonable price, the room was basic, would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but very clean. The room was very hot and there was no air-conditioning. Hotel close to the underground and reception staff very helpful in explaining how to get around.

Beware: Don’t stay here!! On the day I was checking out someone tried to come into my room with the key twice without knocking first or identifying themselves. I told them I didn’t want housekeeping but an hour later someone tried to come in again. The doors have no peep holes, so I have no idea who it was. I couldn’t get out of that hotel fast enough. The WiFi is also utterly weak and unreliable and I could barely get any work done. The hotel knows the WiFi is really bad and obviously don’t care.

I can’t be more happier with an hotel and their services than this place. I think overall, this was the best hotel that I stayed in here in Berlin. Rooms were spacious, clean, staffs was amazing, and parking was super easy and secure.

Positive points reasonable WiFi. Staff friendly. Breakfast tasty. Negative points. Blocked toilet in first room. Brown water from bathroom cold tap? Shower tray didn’t drain. Shaving/makeup mirror couldn’t be used. Bathroom light took ages to work.. No tea/coffee in room. Noisy wardrobe. No bar. Badly kept exterior

Area was okay only thing was the bad signal and WiFi connection. Slept on the big pillow they gave you now my neck hurts. But overall it’s okay for the price and few nights stay. Wouldn’t recommend for longer stays . Staff were nice

The hotel is near to the subway. A bus comes from the airport directly to the hotel. They have a nice morning breakfast. I would like to visit this hotel in the future, too.

As we have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions we were very dissapointed that the restaurant and bar were no longer in operation. As this was the case it was impossible to get a coffee or anything else after breakfast. Also there was quite a lot of mould visible in the shower recess and the hotel had no airconditioning.

Stay was okay. Hotel has a nice reception/breakfast area but rooms were very basic. However, it did a job and the price of the rooms were cheap so was fine for me and my boyfriend for a couple of days. Quite far out from Berlin city centre but only a 7 min walk from the u bahn. The WiFi, however, was awful and you couldn’t get signal in the room only in the hotel lobby! Wouldn’t stay again as this was so frustrating.

The room is large and bright. The bathroom is appropriate and convenient. The hotel is relatively near to the Schönefeld Airport and the BUS stop is next to the reception.

Overall was a really good hotel. All you can eat breakfast buffet every morning, very friendly and helpful staff which most of them could speak English well. Rooms were cleaned daily and the rooms were very nice. Only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were pretty hot. I was on the 4th floor so I expected it to be a bit warmer but I didn't realize till after there is no air conditioning in the building. You just get a small desk fan and can open windows. Everything else about the hotel was great and I'd recommend others to stay here, just be prepared in the summer months that it can get quite warm in the room.

Great location and very close to public transport. Friendly and pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. The fan in the room was a welcome addition as it was very warm when we visited. Tea and coffee facilities and working WiFi would be another bonus.
