“First class all the way”

You could not ask for anything nicer in a hotel at this price point. The staff was attentive, spoke fluent English, and everyone was extremely friendly. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The restaurant was only average, but was priced reasonably so we didn't have to venture out on the subways at night for a decent meal. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and would recommend the Park Plaza to anyone traveling to Berlin. The only downside is the distance away from Berlin Haupbanof, however with the circle train you can get within easy walking distance without too much hassle.

“Luv Berlin”

Fine hotel in former East Berlin area. If you want to walk out of your door and be in the center of bars and restaurants don't stay here. But if you want a very clean and comfortable hotel that you can take an easy 10- 15 minute tram ride to Alexander Platz- stay here in a heartbeat. Nice place to have coffee and a breakfast roll or sweet is located right around the corner. Also an internet cafe.

if you stay at this hotel you will get a fabulous breakfast for 12 euros. it is worth it for it carries you through the day.our time there was just perfect, everyone was so helpful and hard-working

“Great location and Wonderful breakfast”

Great location. Across the street from tram stop that will take you anywhere in Berlin. Nice surrounding area. Very clean. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. Be aware that breakfast is not free and costs about 8 bucks per person and parking is about 8 bucks per day. Overall great place to stay in Berlin!

“Excellent Stay!”

Park Plaza Berlin, very clean, good service by all Park Plaza staff. Located near S-bahn, Landsburger Allee Station (The "Ring") making it easy to get anywhere in Berlin. Will use their services again without hesitation!

“Excellent Comfort & Convenience!”

The staff here went overboard to be helpful! THe room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Location near tram was wonderful. Only drawback - the advertised air conditioning was not adequate in the hot July of 2006!

“Clean, nice, comfortable”

We stayed 3 nights in pre-Christmas Berlin, and it was an extremely pleasant stay. The lobby looks small, but the rooms are excellent, clean with comfortable beds. The hotel staff is kind. The bathroom even contains regular shower gel / shampoo of good quality. They have panorama windows with a fascinating view over the Eastern-style high-rise apartment blocks. It takes about 20 min from the city center to get there, but from the hotel the trendy Prenzlauer Berg is only 2 S-Bahn (city train) stops (6 minutes) away. Recommended !

“Great stay”

This hotel has English-speaking staff and free Wifi, the main reasons I chose it. It is about 10-15 minutes from Mitte (the tourist center and Berlin's center), but that is easily covered by the nearby S-Bahn. The hotel is big and has a restaurant within, as well as being surrounded by several other restaurants, bakeries and bars. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very good hotel and location. Clean rooms good personal and everybody speak very good English, Staff is very helpful.

The hotel and staff were great,the only downside was the location...it was a little out of the way for restaurants,shops,nightlife.
