“Ultra-modern (or is it contemporary?)”
When you stay at a hotel for 10 days and really find nothing to complain about, you have found a great hotel. Our view was of the zoo in Berlin, and our room was a up to date as I could hope for at this price, which is especially fitting for Berlin. But for both of us the true highlight was the all-you-can-eat breakfast: it ws quite an array of choices, including no less than a half dozen different yogurts/cheese curds. This hotel was also only two blocks away from the famous KaDeWe. Also, it was so easy getting to and from Tegel airport just using a city bus that cost only 2.30 Euros. If you love up to date, steamlined decor, this is the place to go.
“Wonderful hotel nearby the zoo”
Wonderful hotel that is located next to the zoo and other interesting locations. The area is very quiet. The pool and the sauna area is great and very clean. The rooms nearby the pool area were bigger than the other rooms - good for families with children. The breakfast reastaurant was very nice and the breakfast was very good - but in a 5* hotel one can expect a little more for that price (24 Euro) - f.e. sparkling wine etc.
“Modern hotel in a 'good' part of town.”
This property is modern so it lacks charm. But the rooms work well, with plenty of thought going into location of switches etc. This was the ONLY hotel in 2 weeks in Germany that offered tea and coffee facilities. OMG, even a 'roo shooter's motel in outback Australia offers a tea bag and a kettle! Other issue - expect one English news channel - OK the Russians and Chinese have their 'government' english broadcasts , as well. So that's 3 English language channels - no movies, shows, Nat Geo, History etc. Embarrasing for the staff when I explained how boring the TV was to watch. Underground - 2 stations within 10 minutes - but away from all the Berlin (main stream tourist) hot spots.
“First Class Hotel - Great Location - Great Staff”
I will always try and stay at the Pullman when I go back to Berlin. Very clean and modern, beautiful spa - luxurious hotel on all counts.
“Good location”
Very good location and very clean. The buffet breakfast is way too expensive... The staff is young and helpful. Nice place to stay.
