Brilliant hotel brilliant location.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Ideally placed for access to Berlin's public transport which made travel round the city very easy and of course being beside Kurfurstendamm when it comes to shopping your spoilt for choice. The hotel itself was all that could have been asked for in terms of comfort, overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berlin.

Superb hotel, close to everything

We loved this hotel. Staff were polite and very helpful, location was perfect with the Ubahn was just round the corner, plenty of places to eat and drink etc. The room was big, with flat screen TV, walk in shower and a huge bath. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Stay here, you won't regret it!!

Pros: Restaurant Room Service Staff Location Hotel Bar
Cons: On one occasion we asked for room service to be collected while we were out, and it wasn't. Not the end of the world.
Location: Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church Main shopping areas Berlin Zoo and Aquarium (highly recommended).
I stayed here with my partner for a week's city break. Everything about the hotel was fantastic, we arrived very early and they had a room ready and waiting for us. The staff are friendly and happy to help, the concierge is especially useful for booking dinner reservations around the city, as well as giving advice on various sites and restaurants. The room was incredible, we opted for a courtyard room which was very quiet although with obviously slightly boring views but this is to be expected. Even if you do not stay in this hotel we can not recommend the hotel restaurant St Germain. We had two exceptional meals here and with out doubt it was the best meal I have had. Will certainly come again.

1st class hotel close to restaurants, bars etc

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The hotel was quiet and immaculately presented. The bathroom was well appointed with a powerful shower. The beds were large and very comfortable.
Cons: Facilities to make a quick coffee or tea while in the room would be an asset.
Location: A short walk from the zoo, Tiergarten and several museums; or a stroll to the Ubahn with easy access to all Berlin has to offer by day or night.
Situated just off the Kufurstendamm's busy bars, restaurants and shops the hotel is a haven of quiet calm.On arrival we were registered and shown to our room with speedy efficiency. Our spacious room was well presented and after a day of sightseeing/shopping (or a night of partying!) it was a welcome refuge. This discreet hotel has an excellent front of house staff, professional and courteous. The concierge service deserves a special mention for their wealth of advice, information and direction.

Great hotel, perfect location

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Hotel is being finished so lacked comunual spaces and restaurants (there is one). Stayed in a suite with Club Lounge access. Nice, nothing special but adequate. Small breakfast, yet very nice (not a big selection). If not booked directly with hotel can't use the downstairs restaurant for breakfast which has a much bigger selection - thought this was wierd, always stay in suites with Club deals and was never barred from using what effectively is a restaurant for standard rooms. I did leave happy though: the suite was new, clean and spacious with Hérmes bathroom amenities; staff in the lounge are lovely and the location was just perfect! Don't hesitate, book to stay here.
