Destille - International specialties, snacks, and salads. Outdoor seating in summer, with umbrella tables under lime trees facing Los-Angeles-Platz park.
Piano bar - Rosy-hued ambience featuring upholstered black-rattan chairs, high-back gray-plush chairs, black-leather banquettes. Garden-terrace seating in summer. Live jazz or pianist Friday, Saturdays. Cocktails, sandwiches, and cheese plate. Coffee, tea, cakes. Late-night menu.
Park Salon - Breakfast room with white linens offering American/British/German breakfast buffet daily.
Health Bar - Located adjacent to indoor swimming pool. Coffee, tea, juices. Light foods such as salads, sandwiches, soups, grilled shrimp.

“Good neighborhood and good price”
We made a family trip for 4 nights (my wife and my 8 year-old son). The hotel is well located and you can reach anywhere in Berlin in 20-30 minutes. If you can plan your trip two months in advance, it is a great price for this kind of hotel. The room was ok but we couldn't get internet acces inside the room. You should get out the room or go down to the lobby.
“Great Value!”
The hotel was a great value, especially since the Swissotel and Concorde Berlin were down the street for a lot more. It is in a great location behind the main streets but close enough to them. I thought the front desk staff were friendly and they spoke english. They even had the room ready on a very early check-in, which is unusual for European hotels. I would definitely stay there when I return.
“First Rate Deluxe Hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It does not disappoint. The rooms, service etc are deluxe. Do not miss the buffet breakfast which is expensive and worth every penny
“One of the best hotels in Berlin”
I've stayed at Steigenberger a couple of times now and I´m always satisfied. I visit Berlin 4-5 times a year and would definately recommend this hotel. The service is good and the location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing and relaxation.
“VERY SATISFIED”
Everything about this hotel was great: staff, location, facilities. It had an indoor pool. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, and I have high expectations when I stay in a hotel. This hotel is VERY professionally managed. The room was great and the hotel staff is very professional. The elevators are basically secured in that you need you hotel card to operate them, most of the time. You have to go through the lobby to get to the elevators, pass the front desk. There is also an underground connecting garage that is reasonably priced. The only negative was that the breakfast was not included in my plan, and it was expensive, especially with the dollar to euro ratio being so high. I did not check out the food facilities because of that. But there are many places to eat nearby, because the hotel is centrally located. I would return. It is better to book here with American dollars prepaid.

The hotel is very good and located in a central place in Berlin.
“Not Impressed”
Hotel is quite good but not the best. We had an executive room but the executive lounge is very small so sometimes there are no free seats at all.
