“Trypp mitte Berlin”

First trip to Berlin which we enjoyed thoroughly. Hotel is new and staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel and flight deal from Expedia was extremely good value. Very easy to get from the airport to the hotel using bus and U Bahn ( would recommend purchasing a Welcome card at the airport which allows you to travel on all forms of transport for either 2,3, or 5 days). Breakfast at the hotel was first class with plenty of variety to suit all tastes.

“Great Place to Stay”

Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and polite when needed. Less then half a block from the Metro line which services Berlins Tegel Airport via bus line 128. This is a new hotel so everything is in great condition.

A thoroughly great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I simply can't find fault. Room was brand new, clean and the shower was fantastic. I would definately stay again.

We passed through Berlin on our Euro Roadtrip and the hotel was great. Underground secure parking, tram stops nearby and very friendly staff were on-hand. Having the gym available was also another bonus for us. Excellent!!!

“Very Good Hotel”

Nice clean neat hotel. Close to U-bahn and other attractions. Only complaint is that wifi was really expensive otherwise very much recommended.

We would highly recommend this hotel, very close to the subway stop, the staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging theatre activities for us. And the combination flight plus hotel was very reasonable. They had a breakfast deal going on, 10 euro buffet, which was great, and we ate there one evening, fabulous!

“Excellent Service!”

Just stayed at Tryp Berlin Mitte and it was much better than I had expected! Well located, clean and excellent service, from check-in to check-out all the staff were polite, courteous and very helpful. Especially our bartender, Torsten, took very good care of us (a group of six women) and was just a great example of what good customer service is all about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Central Berlin. The only improvement would be to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room but each were readily available in reception or through room service. If I am traveling in Berlin again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Shiny new well designed hotel”

The hotel is brand new and shiny, as well as sylishly designed. The hotel strikes a nice balance of cool and stylish, without being overly hip. I was there during fashion week, and it certainly looked like a lot of fashion people in town like me for the week of trade shows. There is a cool bar and the restaurant was good. A limited menu, but a good one. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. There was a gym with brand new equipment, although not perfectly functional. dumbells but no key to change the weights, and only one treadmill. It was small but still nice. There were a couple of kinks that need to be worked through but minor, such as the key to change the dumbell weights. The fire alarm went off at 1am one morning, clearly a glitch in a brand new system, but it was dealt with quickly, alhough they could have kept the guests informed a better of the situation. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is on the outskirts of Mitte, a great district, but it really is the outskirts, not the center. But it is very close to the U Bahn, so easy to get around, but not much in the direct area if you just want to pop out and grab a bite, but the German public transport system is flawless, so its never hard to get anywhere with ease.

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day break in Berlin ,we stayed in the Tryp Berlin Mitte Hotel we have no negatives about our stay what so ever ,the hotel was ideally situated, public transport if required was at the front door ,trams ,buses,ubahn ,sbahn ,all very easy to use on the odd occasion that we used them as we tended to walk everywhere , the staff are all very pleasant and helpful ,rooms and beds are very comfortable and spotless as is the whole hotel ,also a plentiful buffet breakfast which sets you up for the day ahead , all in all we would have no hestation in going back to stay in this hotel should we ever visit Berlin again . Hope you enjoy your stay should you opt for this hotel Berlin is a very interesting city .(we had beautiful autum sunshine)
