“Top quality hotel in great location”

Upon arrival we were greeted with all smiles and a refreshing hand towel. The Executive Suite was very generous in size with great attention to details. The breakfast buffet is a must in the beautiful Facil restaurant. Would definitely return to The Mandala on my next trip to Berlin

“Cocktail bar and reception”

Fun to sit at the bar and watch the head barman mix the cocktails, the food at the bar was exceptional. The friendly reception staff helped us in every way possible thank you very much.

“So much more than we expected”

The Mandala Hotel is beautiful and the service excellent. Our studio room was actually a small flat with an entrance hallway, walk-in wardrobe, small kitchen area and double sliding doors opening into an amazing bathroom. At the end of the hallway was the room itself with an office area and desk, seating area and a huge bed. The wall opposite the entrance was one huge window with a great view of the Sony Centre dome. The studio was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was in a great location with many of the major attractions within walking distance and a U/S-Bahn station at the end of the road. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Chillin' Berlin”

Modern, new hotel. Business focused but weekend guests mainly tourists. Very large comfy bed. Excellent friendly helpful accommodating staff. Lovely breakfasts that are served until 12pm at the weekend should you want a lie in! Really enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent value, great location first rate staff”

The hotel location could not be better, convenient to subway, park, historic areas. The staff was efficient, helpful and cheerful. The rooms are spacious well appointed and sparklin clean. The lack of a real lobby is not important, given a nice bar area on the mezzanine. Breakfast room was cheerful, the food abundant and varied and the staff very attentive.

“Wonderful spacious modern rooms”

Booked the Management Suite and the room had a seperate living room and bedroom, complete with a walk in closet. Bathroom was marble and had a great soaking tub. Lots of personal touches like a picture frame for the guest to use,CD's to play, and a room diffuser. Fridge had plenty of room to store items purchased. Balcony had beautiful views of Berlin. People working at the hotel were great! They were all incredibly freindly and helpful. Hotel exchanged currency and sold underground day tickets so was convenient too. Location was very near underground station, shopping, and dining.
