Good location and comfortable, clean roomPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: Comfy bed, clean and conveniently located
Cons: Very little things, like better soap dispensers, room safe but nothing major
Location: Nicely located in the city, but nothing immediate in the area that I would recommend eating at
The room was really clean and comfortable, although not spacious but sufficient. The only downfall is that there was no safe and Wifi wasn't working for a few days. The staff were quite unapologetic about the Wifi not working, but it eventually got fixed so that was good!

Short stayPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet. Good breakfast and polite staff.
Location: Location is central but the immediate area is a little uninspiring.
Modern hotel. Clean and efficient. Room quite small but fine.

Clean and modern hotel, conveniently situated.Posted Jun 23, 2014
The hotel is very close to transport links, enabling visitors to easily access the city. Our room was small but immaculate. Staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a little pricey, but varied and very well prepared. We will be returning to Berlin and will stay in this hotel again.

Fantastic hotelPosted Jun 18, 2014
We stayed in this hotel for a few nights at the beginning of June and it is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Located in the center of the city, it's only about a 10/15 minute walk from tourist attractions like Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg gate. It's also right beside the U-Bahn station spittelmarkt which is only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the very center of the city. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and stylish, Our room was a little bit small but it was designed very well and had a great bathroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and they all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was of a great variety and really fresh and the food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Berlin who wants to be close to the city center. I'd love to stay there myself again some day

UFC Fight Night BerlinPosted Jun 2, 2014
Traveled up to Berlin just for the fight, but ended up falling in love with the city. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very conveniently located in walking vicinity of a lot of the tourist attractions including Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer breakfast in the morning, have a restaurant for meals, and the bar is open 24 hours. The wifi is free and reliable and the staff do a great job of accommodating any needs you may have. The only downside would be the parking. It's in the city so you have to pay to park on the street, so just be mindful of this. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Clean and comfortable and near to U-Bahn stopPosted May 29, 2014
Very comfortable and clean hotel with easy access to most tourist spots via nearby UBahn station. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Double bed room could be small in space for two people and two suitcases but was perfect for one person.

Great hotel, fantastic location !Posted May 20, 2014
Very modern and well appointed hotel. Although the room was a small it was comfortable, nice bed, small but modern bathroom with great shower and plush towels. Best of all it's very well located close to the best areas in Mitte. It would gave been helpful if the staff could speak English. Except for one person in the front desk everyone had a minimum knowledge of English. Outside of that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, convenient locationPosted May 19, 2014
A standard double room which was a bit small but functional and clean. The shower room was clean and a good size. The free wifi was very useful, and the staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel is located near Spittelmarkt tube station so very handy for getting around Berlin. It is also on the same line as Potsdammer Platz so very useful for the Airport Express. The Jewish Museum is walking distance. We were only in the hotel overnight so did not have a chance to explore the immediate area that much, however if you wish to work up an appetite before dinner it is a nice stroll to Mehringdamm and Bergmannstraβe streets where there a number of bars and restaurants. We did not try the hotel's breakfast/restaurant.

Berlin City near attractionsPosted May 19, 2014
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. I spoke a little German but my efforts were limited compared to their ability to communicate in English.
Cons: Our room was compact but that suited our price. Breakfast great choice but too expensive for us each day. Offer a range of breakfasts with prices.
Location: UBahn station 5 mins away. Spanish restaurant just round corner. Cafes and breakfast bars nearby. 20 min walk by canal to Berliner Dom
The Hotel was very good value for money. All staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet newly constructed part of Berlin so some cream taxi drivers were not sure where the hotel was. However, just use the Spittelmarckt UBahn station as an orientation point. The UBahn station is just a 5 minute stroll from the hotel, Alexander Platz and Potsdamer Platz are two or three stops in either direction. However, a 20 minute walk (I don't walk fast now or like walking!) down by the canal and you can get to the Berliner Dom, the Museum Island and Unter Den Linden. We were treated very curtiously by all the staff, they were great. I had booked tickets to a show before arriving in Berlin but not the meal with it, it was no problem for the staff to ring for us and sort out the details. Anything like the latter was seenby the staff as part of their service to their customers. The staff appeared able to communicate in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish and I believe Turkish.
