Estancia horrorosa. De los 5 dias que estuvimos en el hotel, todos ellos sin agua caliente h sin calefacción estando a -5 grados. Cada dia había que quejarse en recepción, pero nadie se hacia cargo. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTAL DE NINGUNA DE LAS MANERAS

On the booking platform it was advertised the Hotel has a washing machine. This was not the case. The establishment advertises their gym equipment, but only 3 machines were usable. There were no towels in the gym... Overall a bit run down and could definitely benefit from some TLC Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Terrible Hotel, son aire acondicionado, según qué se daño, pero creo que con eso se la pasan diciendo a. Todos los huéspedes, la habitación terrible, descuidada, grande pero con muchas faltas, alfombras viejas. Aparte del calor se abre la ventana y las personas del aseo están aspirando a las 4:30 am y 5:00am ocurrió las dos noches que me hospedé aquí, No lo recomiendo, y de verdad nada que ver con las fotografías, son solo edición desde la fachada del edificio como las habitaciones.

Terrible experience. Booked by error, didn't even check-in, called 20 minutes later to cancel the wrongly made reservation. They didn't help me to cancel and refund the reservation. Cannot recommend

Hotel feo
La diferencia entre el hotel y las fotografías publicadas es grande, las fotos están retocadas, las habitaciones son muy antiguas, claramente por el precio que pague no quiero un hilton pero sinceramente al hotel le sobran 2 estrellas, la atención del personal es buena.

El hotel esta en perfecta condiciones. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias y están totalmente limpias. El único incoveniente es que está un poco más retirado del centro de lo que en principio parece, aunque es cierto que existe una parada de tranvía a dos minutos y una de metro a cinco.Muy cómodo para llegar al aeropuerto en transporte público.

Gran hotel en una sitio no ideal
Al hotel en si mismo no se le puede reprochar nada, ya que la calidad y la habitación fueron de máxima calidad. El único problema es que el sitio en el que se encuentra no es muy bueno. No es demasiado céntrico, y hay que viajar unos veinte minutos en metro para llegar a los sitios mas turísticos.

El hotel está situado fuera de los lugares turísticos, pero tiene el metro a 300 mts. y se puede desplazar con facilidad.El hotel es bastante nuevo, tiene excelentes habitaciones y comodidades.El problema para una persona que no habla aleman es siempre el idioma y máxime cuando ellos se niegan a intentar entender al huésped, esa actitud es lo que molesta a quien se hospeda.

Möbel schon abgewohnt. Es war ein Rollo defekt und 3 Fenster undicht (gab immer einen windzug) sollte langsam mal renoviert werden. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Abends hatte das Restaurant nicht offen, nur die Bar.

I had to book this hotel very last minute. I didn’t have a chance to read the many reviews stating that they don’t have heating or hot water in some of the rooms. Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in a place that doesn’t have heating or hot water in the city that can get as cold as Berlin.

I recently stayed in this hotel and I was traveling solo. In contrary to some of the reviews my stay was really good. Here is what I liked and what need some TLC: Convenient location: It’s not in central Berlin, however I got a great rate for the room so I gave it a try. It’s about 10 min walking from Bornhomer Stranbe train station which is about 6 stops from Brandenburger Tor (center). I still have it fresh in memory because I was just there a few days ago. In terms of safety, I don’t think I’ll navigate the area at night by myself but that is usually everywhere I go by myself. This area was populated mostly with middle eastern people from what I saw so this is what the food choices mostly are like Arab,Turkish etc. If you don’t want the hassle of traveling, book something closer to central. For me it was fine as I was using the public transportation all day long. If you are in a budget, this is a great option as the conditions were excellent/spacious room etc. TLC: The hotel needs some updates like the entrance glass needs fixing/the elevator was taking a little longer as it’s only one. If I find another great deal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Kudos to reception: very polite

I booked a double room in middle of February 2024, and was at first shocked at the somewhat dilapidated entrance with bordered up windows. However, once we walked in to the main lobby, it felt like a cosy place to stay. The room was simple, elegant with a high ceiling, and well equipped save for the lack of an electric kettle. The breakfast buffet was widespread and delicious, which acted as a great start to our day in Berlin

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Anbindung, M13 und Linie 50 direkt vor der Tür. Wer ängstlich ist, könnte ein Problem haben, weil in der Nähe sehr viele Männer unterwegs sind.

The service, location, cleanliness and hospitality is simply spectacular particularly after having been through such a terrible and frightening experience with OCAK APARTMENT AND HOTEL BERLIN where I stayed for 4 days. I was looking forward to a European hotel experience and what i got was horrific. You will never go wrong with a US hotel, for sure. Die Unterkunft lag ein wenig weit ab von allem... der Name ließ vermuten, dass es zentraler liegt. In den 90 er Jahren war dies sicherlich ein richtig nobles Hotel, allerdings ist so Einiges mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine kosmetische Erneuerung vertragen. Aber Alles in Allem war es eine angenehme, ruhige und saubere Unterkunft

Leider ist die Heizung während des Aufenthaltes ausgefallen, was ein Verweilen an der Bar nicht angenehm gestaltete. Abgesehen davon, war der Barman froh, wenn er keine Getränke herausgeben musste, da ihn der Job wohl überforderte. Das Zimmer war glücklicherweise geheizt. Vom ganzen Team war lediglich eine Person, Irina, sehr freundlich! Bei der Zahlung herrschte ein Chaos, wurde einfach abgebucht, obwohl anders vereinbart und aufgrund von Falschaussagen des Hotels entstand ein Chaos, Umtriebe und Unkosten. Eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen, doch diese fiel aus. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, jedoch in einem schmutzigen und dubiosen Viertel. Ein Pluspunkt für das Hotel ist das erstklassige Frühstücksbuffet.
