“We loved it!”

We had a great view from our balcony and everything about the hotel was first class. The grounds were beautiful with well-maintained. We enjoyed visiting the Southhampton Princess by way of the ferry. We would definitely stay there again.

“Our home whenever we visit Bermuda”

It was our third time staying at the Hamilton Fairmont Princess and the only place my wife cares to stay when we are in Bermuda.The hotel provides complimentary boat transport to the sister hotel in Southampton Parish where guests can utilize all facilities. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown shops,restaurants,ferry dock etc.

“Fairmont Hamilton Princess Tops”

Service was superb. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Restaurants were excellent. We had 2 rooms of different size and style. Both rooms were very well maintained. Location was great too. Would highly recommend.

“Great Hotel”

Heard this hotel was good but not as good as Southhampton princess.We were really blown away by the beautiful surroundings.The staff could'nt have been nicer.Really very accommodating.We would definetly go again.

The staff at the Princess is top notch. They go out of their way to accomidate you in any way possible.

My lady and I stayed in Fairmount H.P. for 6 days(July 20th to 26th,2011) for our 29th wedding anniversary and we truly enjoyed our stay in the Fairmount newly renovated gold room,which I strongly recomand it over regular rooms. only wished to have a balcony with the gold pkg. which wasn't possible. Continental breakfast is at the top of its game but unfortunately you can't say the same about the afternoon tea kind of (stingy ) not much sweet varieties and empty most of the time. Staff are very friendly and love to talk to you if you care. Overall values are great in Bermuda comparison scale in which everything seams to be more pricey than a lot of other resorts in mexico or other caribean islands.but you can never get beauty, quality and cleanliness of this little heavenly island anywhere else on the face of this polluted earth that we live in.

“Dirty Blanket”

My stay at this magnificent hotel was flawed by the blood stains on my extra blanket. I am guessing it was menstrual blood. Although the housekeeping staff responded immediately to my call and replaced the dirty blanket, it made me think of the investigative news report about the cleanliness of hotel rooms in general (for example, the bedspreads, which are not cleaned very often). I'm not a germophobe but the bloody blanket did give me the creeps. I will be returning to Bermuda on business and will likely stay at the Princess again but will wonder about spending so much for a room with such a distinct flaw. By the way, the extra blanket was in the closet wrapped in a plastic carrying case, so I understand how it could be overlooked. BUT...these should also be checked by housekeeping.

“Beautiful Hotel”

This hotel has everything. While even more expensive, I would recommend the Gold level room. The service and benefits are worth the price. You are traveling to a very expensive island. Why not spend a litle more and go 1st class!

“Fond Memories and Vacation”

We recently returned home from our trip.The Princess met all our expectations afer being there 40 years ago.Our room was recently renovated.The view was looking out over Hamilton Harbor and was breathtaking to watch the ocean liners coming in.Very clean and well kept property.Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
