Fantastic experience. Be sure to get ocean view room as harbor view rooms also overlook rooftop, not as pleasant.

A very nice, clean hotel.

Pros: WE liked the quiet, elegant lobby. The staff was polite and informative. There was no confusion on how to travel or directions to attractions.
Cons: Booking system. We met the people that were given the room we had booked.
Location: The location is pretty central. Theree are a lot of things to see but this was our 5th visit. We just relaxed and enjoyed.
It was a very nice, clean; cool, elegant, hotel located on the top of a hillcrest the had North and South exposures. The shuttles ran regularly and often. However there was confusion with the room arrangements and we did NOT receive what we had told Expedia what we wanted. Don't know who screwed up! We also expected an include buffet breakfast and only had continental style. The hotel did have us listed for a 300 level room but gave us a 100 level which they pointed out was 3 floors up. The staff was polite, and courteous.

Same luxury elsewhere, for less cost!

Very nice hotel. Beautiful with excellent staff and food. Gorgeous views of the water. Extremely clean , and beautiful. However, the cost to stay at the hotel was very expensive. After that, nothing was included at all. 17 percent gratuity was automatically added to every day and to every restaurant or room service costs. In order to use any of the kayaks or non motorized water gear .... There were high costs. I have stayed at many places on other islands that are equally nice, all inclusive and for far less money .

Great hotel, Nice location

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Beautiful beach with decent snorkeling at the hotel.
Cons: Any way restaurant prices could be lowered?
Location: Hotel is in a remote area, but there is a free shuttle to the sister property in Hamilton. Taxis are expensive, but bus system is cheap & easy.
This is a beautiful hotel. It is a large resort with a nice pool. The shuttles run continuously until midnight between the ferry shuttle, beach and the hotel's restaurant. The staff tries hard to please and everyone is very friendly. Restaurant prices are high, but that appears to be true almost everywhere in Bermuda. I highly recommend this hotel.

A little bit of paradise.

The room was adequately sized with no real frills, but it was clean and comfortable. The views from our balcony were wonderful. Since the island is only 22 square miles, everything is just a short cab ride away. The hotel is not directly on the water, but it does have a beautiful private beach within walking distance or via a hotel shuttle bus. Evening entertainment was wonderful, and the nearby italian restaurant was just ok. If you golf, the hotel has s course for you to enjoy. My wife and I plan on returning again and again.

Great location to beautiful beaches including famed Horseshoe Beach. Waterlot Inn and Dock Lounge are amazing. Wine Cellar is closed though. Hotel is a bit dates though and could use an upgrade but totally Fine to stay at as clean and excellent staff.
