Definitely a good place
Room was small but clean and had everything I needed for a good stay. My power inverter didn't work with my phone charger. The front desk had one to use for a deposit I got back in full when I returned it. Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Great location close to tram/bus stop, grocery store and restaurants

I actually enjoy the location. It was within walking distance of the train station and old city Bern and transportation was free which made everything very easy and accessible. I Felt very safe at night walking around the streets of Bern.

Service was great and staff were very friendly. Facility was new and in good condition. The included breakfast was fantastic. Only thing was the room was really small. There's not enough space if you have a large suitcase. Also no ironing board or fridge in the room.
