“Not worth the price”

I stayed one night in Bern and was disappointed in this hotel being that it was so pricey. When I booked on Expedia, I didn't realize I was booking a shared bathroom. The room was hot and when I opened the window, it was so close to another window, I could have crawled directly into their bedroom-which made me uncomfortable. The television didn't work and when I went to use the shared bathroom to take a shower, the water came out BROWN for about 1 minute. It was disgusting. This is a very old building which is charming but at the same time as it's so old, it creaks when anybody walks by your room and is very loud. Knowing what I know now, I would have taken a day trip from Interlaken and avoided spending the night in the city. If it's unavoidable, I would pay extra money for a nicer hotel.
